What an amazing staff at Colonial Funeral Home! They truly take the worst day of your life and ease the pain with their great service. We first met with Tony who was very pleasant and helpful. Then Michael Jr. took over and was fantastic! He treated us with compassion, respect, and professionalism. He was very efficient and seem to anticipate our needs ahead of time. He is a very courteous, polite, honest, young man who provided assistance and reassurance is every step of the way during this stressful difficult time. Thanks Colonial for going the extra mile to help take the sting out of a painful experience.
Colonial Funeral Home owners, and staff were a pleasure to deal with during this sad time in our lives. Our experience with Colonial was was very professional and everything went extremely smooth.
So this is still raw but I have to share my experience. In the most difficult time of my life and my tribe and puppy, I met a man and his family, the COLONIAL FUNERAL HOME. I call them his family because while having the pain in my family, I saw what I thought was going to be a business but seemed like all the staff was so close like family. The entire staff was tactful, respectful, professional AND caring towards each other as well as my family. I walk away from a life changing sadness and think fondly of Michael and his staff. Great people. Thank you all so much for all the sweet moments and surprises you gave to my family and my father's memory!
This was the hardest event to plan in my life. I had a lot of requests, changes, and questions. Michael and his team were there to guide me through it, answered questions promptly, were efficient, and ensured the evening went exactly as I envisioned it. Colonial Funeral Home is beautiful. It was a wonderful ceremony that I know my Dad was saying "Wow." Thank you Michael and Lily. I highly recommend Colonial Funeral Home.
To The Lanza Family and Entire Staff @Colonial Funeral Home,.. No words could express such thanks for everything you have done for our family in our time of need. Your advice, direction, organizing and executing the details eased all the burdens we faced when we couldnt function well and do anything but cry and greive. You planned and executed every detail perfectly from start to finish. We had such comfort, relief and trust knowing that our family and friends were in the best hands possible with the Lanza family and staff @ Colonial Funeral Home. Everyone couldn't have been more loving professional or accommodating. Thank you for your patience with all our needs and requests. Thank you for all the extras you graced upon us. We are thankful we chose Colonial Funeral Home to help us during this difficult time. The staff was all so caring and treated us like family. The Lanza family went above and beyond to make everything special. Many thanks especially to Michael and his family for guiding us through the process. Everything turned out beautiful and helped put our family at ease. I would recommend this facility to everyone.
As per my father-in-law's wishes we had his services at Colonial. They handle everything with the utmost professionalism. The whole staff was great. From pick up to burial everything went smoothly. Our father passed away on 11/11/2022. Michael and his son Jr., treated us like family. It’s almost, as if they knew what my dad would have wanted. They went out of their way towards making everything perfect. They helped remove a lot of stress off our shoulders. We would highly recommend this funeral home, they do not disappoint and care about everything they do. They are highly respectful, responsible and trustworthy. If I could I would give them 10 stars. Michael and his staff did an amazing job for my father’s funeral. He payed attention to detail, super helpful with his knowledge, spent the time to fully explain everything and above all a perfectionist. I was comfortable from the moment we arrived with the cleanliness and scent. I knew we were in good hands. My father would have been proud by his send off . His staff could not do enough for you, very professional on a sad day and brought so much comfort to our family. I would highly recommend.
