Professional, courteous, personable, and diligent. These are a few words that can describe our insurance agent Lulu. We came in wanting to get insurance for our backup car, as we had another insurance for our primary one. Not only were we able to find liability on our back up car, but full coverage for our primary car under another insurance company. Biggest kicker of all is that it was much less than what we were paying for on one vehicle. It was a smart move for Colonial to hire an exemplary and customer focused agent like Lulu. Thank you so much!

My mother was mistreated and discriminated against. She is a senior citizen and only spoke spanish.She asked for help but didn't get the help. They were rude to her. And even told her that if she didnt leave they would call the police on her. Really?she asked to speak to a supervisor. The agent spoke to her supervisor in english, my mother did not know what she told her. When she gave her the phone the supervisor rudely told her that she would not believe anything she said to her. Discrimination! Be careful when you deal with agencies like this.

Poor customer service. She has an attitude and pays more attention to her phone. Yup, you really should look into that.

I literally just called and the lady answers "hello?" I almost thought I was calling someone's home by how chill this chick was. Not very comfortable giving them my business.
