Colonial Jewelers is one of the best locally owned and operated stores in the area. They are always friendly and helpful. I always know what I am thinking about and they always present what is in my mind. I have never been disappointed. Their service is outstanding and the team aims to please. repairs and alterations have been completed before the time I was given. This team goes over and above any chain store. If you can buy it at a chain store, anyone can have it. If you buy from Colonial Jewelers you are more than likely getting something just a little different.

Before the New Year, I tried to get my watch battery replaced and they said it would take 2 weeks or more and that I'd have to leave my watch there with no pick-up date. So I tried again today to get it replaced and they told me as of 1/1/15, the price to get a battery replaced on a watch went up 50%!!! from $10 to $15. Poor customer service all around.

Great place to help make dreams come true. Jeff is a kind and caring person. Always helpful. Thanks Jeff for working with me as you have done through the years. You helped make my lady very happy. Huge smile. Your the best.

Went in to get my yellow gold charms clasp fixed and when I picked it up it was rose gold and they acted like it was always that color and that they didn't do anything but fix and clean it. I will never get any work done from them again and I would NEVER recommend them to anyone in the future.

Jeff Seidel has been my jeweler for 26 years would not go to  anyone else  great prices friendly service every time
