Had an appointment for a regular checkup that was scheduled 6 months in advance. With less than a weeks notice they called me to reschedule. I called them back and there was no answer. This went on for a few tries. In between the game of phone tag, I received a text message asking me to confirm my appointment. I still tried to call and still was unsuccessful reaching anyone in the office. The appointment was a Monday and on the preceding Friday I received a second text message asking me to confirm my appointment, this time I assumed they sorted out whatever was driving them to reschedule my appointment and responded "yes". They followed up with another text on Sunday night as a final reminder that I have a Monday morning appointment. I arrive Monday morning to be told, that they tried to reach me and they could not see me that morning. I explained my attempts to call, and the text message that confirmed and reminded me about the appointment. "Oh, That's just our automated text system" Oh well, thing happen, Right? When rescheduling they told me that I must take an evening / late after noon appointment that was some weeks off. I explained that I didn't think it was fair that I would need to miss time with my family or work for no mistake on my part and that I would not mind waiting for an early morning appointment. I was met with some resistance. Confused with the resistance from the receptionist, I asked if I missed something or if I made a mistake I was not aware of because they left me with the impression that I was being unreasonable. The question was answered with a question. "So, you want to be in here early in the morning, as soon as we open?" She pounded away on her computer and told me that it would be next year before they had an appointment. At this point, I was considering all the efforts I made to call them back, communicate with the automated texts, and now the two receptionist that were not very empathetic, it all angered me but, I didn't want to lose my patients. I said I something like, I guess I will find another dentist. As I turned around I saw a smirk and they didn't try to stop me as I walked out. Most of all, I am disappointed because up to this point, the staff and doctors have been great, I even referred a few friends and family there because I had such a great experience over the many years I have been a customer. I plan to copy this review in a text file on my computer so I can repost it in the event I find it's been deleted AGAIN.
I've been here three times over the last year. I have had 2 cleanings done with Heather and both times, so gentle and zero pain. I was floored by how easy it felt. Then yesterday I had to have a filling removed and replaced from a prior dentists work. They got me in within 2 days and Dr. Gao had to numb me up worst part of the experience but still very manageable and then I had zero pain from the drilling and replacement. My appt was at 4:30 and I was done and all fixed up by 5pm. Now my husband goes here, my best friend, and I just recommended another friend. The admin team are all highly professional and so nice. Highly recommend!
My family and I have been using this office for over 10 years and have had mostly good experiences. Only 2 times were not good. My husband's crown wasn't put on securely and fell off within a year and they wanted to charge us to put it back on. They last month I went in for 2 minor fillings and Dr.Gao who I had never seen drilled and hit a nerve and sent me home. After the numbness wore off I was in a lot of pain for days until I gathered to courage to call the office. Dr.Keating got me in right away and fixed the problem but I ended up having to have a crown put on. Big thanks to Dr. Keating though.
Truly the best place I have ever been. I wish I would have found them sooner. Nikki sets the highest bar of service. Dr. Gao is the best dentist I’ve ever had. The quality of this practice truly amazes me.
When I tell you that this is the BEST dentistry office I have ever went to. I'm so glad I checked the reviews. I highly recommend Brian Keating at the Colonial Rd. location. I don't like coming to the dentist, but Brian and the entire staff are amazing. I was so worried and he made my worries go away. You would have no idea I was there. He sat with me and explained my options. Didn't rush. Just amazing. GREAT DECISION!
I had not had a chance to see a dentist for a regular visit in two years. The staff here did not judge me for that and they were super welcoming when I got there. Nikki was one of the nicest dental hygienists I've ever worked with and both she and Dr. Keating really cared about my comfort while I was in the chair. I'm so glad I chose them to provide my dental care!
I called in on a Friday with an emergency - even though I had never been seen there before they were able to squeeze me in on a Monday to discuss treatment and had me patched up that Wednesday. Everyone was very kind, and even better totally non judgemental of the fact that I hadn't been receiving proper dental care for years. The people at this practice really just want you to have a healthy mouth. I'm confident in saying that I've finally found a dentist's office I won't mind going back to.
Everyone here has treated me so nicely and they really seem to care about their patients and their teeth. They did not judge me one bit and made me feel welcome. They asked me what made me insecure about my smile & i said my front teeth because of cavities so that was the first thing they fixed. I really am happy i found this place and i’m so thankful that they’re helping me!
Got 2 cleanings and a wisdom tooth extraction done here so far. They are not bad. Don't know what else to say. The price for your every 6 month cleaning is: $155 oral evaluation $37, 4 X-rays $48, Prophylaxis-Adult $70
This is the best dentist office I've been to. The staff are very friendly, prompt and knowledgeable. The office is always clean, the wait time is never more than 5 minutes or so. I love it there!
