D was so informative about all the mattress types! He could easily tell me which type would most likely be best for my sleeping habits side sleeper. He was very patient with me as I laid on so many beds to test them. D was understanding when I told him I needed to do more research and think about the best mattress choice for me. When I returned to his store 3 days later, D welcomed be back and helped me purchase the mattress and the accessories of my choice. Mattress shopping was made easier by D’s knowledge and patience. Thank you!
The two employees working were D and Justin. Both were super helpful and caring! Not only did we buy a mattress we liked but we enjoyed our time there! Highly recommend getting a mattress from here! Prices were good and products were great.
My experience with Mattress Firm was Very nice. Mr. Justin Clayton was very helpful in explaining how the raise bed worked and how it would meet my needs. He checked to make sure I was getting the best.price. Justin made call to his boss Johnson to see if he could give me a little more off. Thank you Mr. D. Johnson for doing this for me. Justin is very good and knows the product and can answer your questions. Justin also demonstrated how the mattress would work once installed. I give Justin a big 10 for his knowledge and making you feel comfortable in making your decisions. Absolutely no pressures. We have bought several mattresses from Mattress Frim. Will be back!!!!
The service that we received was excellent. “D” was the gentleman that helped us, and I have nothing but great things to say about him. He was very knowledgeable, and there was no pressure from him at all. We’re happy with our purchase. I’ll be back!
Salesmen, Darviet D was very personable, very knowledgeable. He asked me right off what my needs were for a mattress. He directed me to several options. Explained the different options, if I had a question D told me in terms I understood. He made my experience purchasing a mattress easy. I purchased a mattress and Darviet went over the bill in detail. Wonderful experience.
Went in looking for a new bed for our son. Mr. Spurgeon was wonderful!! He listened to what we were looking for and showed us several options. We left with my son super excited for his brand new full bed and frame. We highly recommend Mr. Spurgeon if you are looking for a new mattress and Mattress Firm has a wonderful selection to choose for with great prices!

OMG....The Smyrna, TN location did me proud. I was met with a friendly greeting from Spuds yes, that's his name. I visited the store to purchase a bed for my son. Spuds was knowledgeable and gave the best customer service experience!!! If you are ever in need of a mattress go see Spuds!!!
It was Way More than I Expected! Darviet "D" Johnson "EXTRAORDINARY Man" Was the Most Knowledgeable Very Personable, Funny Man EVER!!!! We Enjoye So Much! He made buying a mattress an Experience. The importance of the positions of the way you lay when you sleep. He took the time to teach Us. It was very educational because my Twin Sister Tanya is a stomach sleeper! Which you know is the incorrect way of sleeping. I was Impressed and I Appreciated his knowledge and his Expertise in the product he was selling. It changed my life! The right mattress is Very Important, he figured out Exactly what I needed and made the Experience Fun! I will suggest to my friends when they are mattress shopping to Definitely come see Darviet.
