I took Milo in for a check up today. Dr. Riggs was very nice and was very thorough examining my dog. Her assistant was very nice too. He did very well. I will feel comfortable boarding him there
They always are quick scheduling appointments are very efficient and took such wonderful gentle care of my 14 yr old Miniature Pinscher! He's been going there his whole life!! Thanks so much!
Y’all were awesome. I had my hands full with my toddler and my puppy and no one batted an eye and were all very kind. The doctor was very knowledgeable and informative and even recommended some food which I can’t wait to try. The appointment did not feel rushed at all and everyone took their time which I appreciated. Thank y’all and I’m happy to have chose y’all as our new vet.
I've been going to Colony since 2014. Between three dogs, each has received care and more for both vet visits and boarding. When one pet passed suddenly, they even sent a card wishing condolences including multiple phone calls from Dr Riggs herself checking in on the adjustment of my other dog, and how we were, and to comfort me in that hard time. All other staff have helped with life's transitions, and have gone above and beyond their job duties to both myself and my pups. I am a loyal customer as a result of the care and services they have always provided me with.
Great staff! Dr. Riggs makes sure that she explains every aspect of your pets health. The front staff is always warn and courteous, and eager to assist. Reasonable prices! Keep up the good work
Colony Animal Hospital has always taken care of the animals I’ve had over the years. They are so caring, gentle, and thorough. They take the time to listen and answer questions. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, and Dr. Riggs is the absolute best!
I have a 4 year old Rottweiler who is reactive towards other dogs and fearful of strangers. I have taken him to several other vets in the area that refused to even see him. Dr. Riggs and the staff were able to treat him and we came up with a game plan for future visits. They were the first and only vet office to understand that he is just afraid and not aggressive. I can't express how satisfied I was with their service. I highly recommend them!
Colony has always taken such good care my pets and others, Dr.Riggs works very hard as she explains in detail treatment plans as well as their wonderful staff who is very quick and caring. Definitely recommend
The staff were very polite and professional. I only stopped in to ask a few questions. I got prompt service with a smile from a very knowledgeable lady. I very much appreciated the easy at which i was able to gain access, as i was in my handicap scooter when i stopped in. Only $75 for the initial exam, and i was told the procedure i was requesting would be no charge. I am very impressed.
I love Colony Vet. They take great care of my two cats. All the staff are extremely kind and caring. I feel the pricing is fair and I am always able to get a flexible appointment when needed. The drop off option is great for my work schedule. I live an hour away and still travel to Colony because they do such a great job.
