Everything said about this place is true they will take your money for application and you have to harass them for an answer and they will all tell you different reasons as why your not accepted they even doubt they're accountability because when I turned in my application and gave them the $50 for it the lady even questioned me as to if I'm even sure that I want to give her my money for the application should have been my first red flag
Stayed there for 15 years, gave me two months to move my trailer, I took 4 months to move . Now I'm homeless
I've live here in Springfield since I was in highschool and never knew this quiet little beautiful trailer park existed? How cute it is and so peaceful to be away from the" city life," to this little secluded spot!
High end mobile home park. Kept extremely clean by its care taker! Great place for newly weds

I don't live here, but passing through while picking up a client yesterday, it seems like a lovely/decent little place. I liked all the trees that were still there, and how tidy things were along with the smooth road compared to the deathtraps that are in some other parks. Would definitely consider moving to if I ever had the need for such a facility/place.
I'm giving it 5 stars because I would live there. It seems safe and is well maintained. I did some doordash food delivery and I have seen a few springfield mobile home parks. This one is nice.
The women that used to own Colony Cove was meaner the a junk yard dog. I knew several people that lived there including my mother and my daughter and they moved out because of her. She was so mean and ornary. If she still owns that park don't move in there she'll make your life miserable as heak and its not cheap to move a mobile home these days. I pray its under new ownership.
Maintenance guy is extremely rude. Blames us for stuff we have no control over or didn't even do. He always thinks I'm lying about things, leaving me upset after he leaves. Ready to leave this place if we could afford it!! 100% do not recommend, especially if you're young.
Completely unprofessional. I'd like Lisa to know that it is very bad business to assure someone that you'll get back to them after you take their applications and money only to totally ghost them after and ignore the calls. Even if you choose not to rent to that person, it is professional and respectful to call and tell them that you are not and why. Don't be scared, just grow up and be honest with people, not take their money and ghost them. You claim to be running a business. Act like it please.
