Have never been there but my phone keeps asking me how was my visit

I had gotten a new set of tires in the fall so I decided to try them again for an oil change, tire rotation, inspection, front brakes and checking struts or other suspension issue. I dropped my car off at 8:45am and at 12:25pm I called them to get status of what needed to be done with brakes and struts as no one had contacted me. I was informed that the mechanic was at lunch. They said the oil change, inspection, and tire rotation was done but the mechanic would check the other things after lunch and they would get back to me. At 3:00 I called them back again as I had not gotten a follow up call and I was told the mechanic was about to check it out. I got the run around. Then when I got there and voiced my concerns I was told different things by different individuals so I had no confidence in anything I was being told at that point. From 8:45-4:00 pm my service consisted of an oil change, inspection and, tire rotation which is usually a 30-45 minute job. I had an appointment and I was the one that had to keep calling and I left with the same suspension noise and no front brakes. I left thinking at bare minimum the things they did do should have been free due to the poor follow up and lack of concern. You live an learn. In conclusion, you may want to go elsewhere if you value your time.

The people at Colony did a great job on my old truck. Brakes, fuel pump and tires. Everyone there was professional, friendly and easy to work with. Very informative..The price was right and my little truck is running again.. I couldn't be happier.

So, I go on the website for Colony Tire in Wilson and make an appointment to get my A/C in my truck checked. I've done this twice and both times received an email that the appointment was "tentative" until I received a confirmation from a Colony Tire representative. My appointment this time is scheduled for the 16th. However, still no call or email from a Colony Tire representative. So I called this morning only to be told that they don't service/repair automobile AC. When I told him it was on the website as a service, the gentleman stated, "I'm sorry. I don't have anything to do with what's on the website." Great customer service - NOT. Won't ever be taking any of my family's vehicles to this place. Horrible. No concern about the customer at all. Fix your website...and your customer service.

If only I could give 0 stars. Called at 8 am due to a flatbed truck with a front tire blowout they say they will be there in 1.5 hrs. 2 hrs later call back and they say the mechanic is on the way. Called 30 min later and they say again he just left and is on his way. Another hour later call again and was told one of their BIG clients called so they would do that first then be on the way. Unfortunately I give them more time. So I call again for the last time 1 hour later which now puts it at 3 hours late, total time 4.5 hours and yet again they say the mechanic just left and will be there soon so I just find another company and cancel the call with them. We may not be a large company but we still have 8 trucks and 3 company cars that will never do business with colony tire again.

Great price on 4 new tires. Had oil change and alignment that another auto shop supposedly did an alignment on before but it never drove as it should until Colony fixed it. Would highly recommend checking them out.

Blew a tire on 95 outside Wilson and these guys were fast and efficient! Even helped me fill and hang hay nets! Hopefully won’t need them again but glad to know they’re there. Great service! Thanks guys!
