2nd degree female black belt is a rare find! Highly recommend for women who want to train under a high level women. World class instruction. Rolls are safe and mat is controlled well. Positive empowering place to be, learn and grow on your journey. I just can't say enough how good the quality of teaching is here. Open mat for All on Sunday at 12 . $10 drop in . Come roll with us! One week free is awesome.
A group of friends and I were visiting Colorado and found this amazing gym to train at. Everyone was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. We felt at home in the short period we trained with them. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting or wanting to start jiu-jitsu.
Great academy! I was welcomed as a visitor and felt like part of the team. The training was great. I was looking to work my close guard and it happened. The students were willing to train with me in gi no gi day to prep for a tournament. I’ll return again next visit out to Denver area! Thank you Professor Sean and the students!
Friendly, safe, and clean environment. Awesome instruction from Professors Sean and Teri along with helpful training partners. Extremely flexible schedule, which is a huge plus for those with busy lifestyles. Classes for beginners, kids, women, and for the more advanced Jiu Jitsu practitioners. Conducive setting for the everyday Joe or Jane as well as for those who want to compete. Great place to train for sport and self defense.
I just finished my 10th Self Defense class and I am loving all of it here and eager for more! Excellent instruction from experienced teachers. I have received plenty of personalized attention and in small classes am learning Self Defense/Jiu Jutsu quickly. The facility is clean, friendly, focused, affordable… it’s truly been great 10/10 classes and know I’ve found a home to “roll” with! Thank You so much Professor Sean and Professor Teri- you both are exceptional!!

As someone traveling through, this gym was incredibly welcoming and a great break in my trip. I felt so welcome and learned a ton just in one class!
I can't say enough good things about this place! Professor's Sean and Teri provide very thorough instruction, making sure to take time with each student from complete beginner to advanced, to ensure that they are understanding and applying the techniques properly. The culture and family dynamic that is fostered makes everyone feel welcome and valued. They are also very centered around safety awareness and making sure that everyone goes home healthy to train another day.
Love this place. If you are lucky enough to have grappled at many gyms then you will know this is an excellent place. The professors and coaches have always been kind to me. They have clear helpful instruction for new beginners during periods of instruction and experienced grapplers for all levels to practice with. Open mat is so great because of the tone that's set at the beginning of the matches. You can pick who ever you want to roll with, you can say no at any time with out having to give a reason, and respect and safety are paramount. Literally all we ask for from each other. 5 star gym bar none.
When I contacted the gym I was told that I can get a free week trial so I came in for a Monday morning class. That morning I decided to sign up because I knew right away that it was a gym I wanted to call home. The gym has a welcoming environment and all the professors and coaches provide quality instruction. They offer morning, lunch-time, and evening classes which makes it easy to attend a class if you have a busy schedule. Without a doubt the best gym in Colorado. 10/10 recommend!
