Color FX opened its brand new salon in Ellicott City in June 2012. We are a new business, but the owner/operator has many years of experience in the hair industry.
The salon has been designed and built from the ground up, so all furnishings and equipment are new. We also have and use high tech equipment, such as a digital perm machine, a hair steamer, and a scalp massager to help make you and your hair look and feel the best it can be be. Come try us out.
