I went to CCMH for DUII treatment. My counselor pocketed the money for all my UAs and mishandled my file. My counselor judgeded me and took it personal when I got back with my boyfriend after a bad fight. She dropped me and stopped answering my phone calls. Now they won't issue my certificate and I have to take 90 days of classes somewhere else. I also have to pay for it all over again. If you want a really bad experience, one that can have major repercussions on your mental and financial wellbeing, sure trust them..
The Drs MAs will call you, leave a message but can never answer or return your phone call. They do not care about mental health here, and they for sure do not care if you get your medication or not. You'll get better care at Braircliff Manor Asylum. Promise you that much
Seriously, how long does it really take for u people to sign a piece of paper? My husband has been waiting over 2 months to get his license back because u guys have failed to sign a paper and send it back to the dmv I’ve spent countless hours on the phone and you guys just say wait patiently the DMV also told us it was supposed signed within 30 days of completion. We’re 70 days today and still getting the run a round I’m tired of this my husband and lost out on many jobs due to no transportation due to license issues.
A Word To CCMH first: You can’t cure everything with “talk therapy”. I know you’re own ego tells you you can fix things by talking to a person for an hour every two weeks, but you can’t. I went to this place for a year and a half and all they really did was give me even more of a med I was already taking. They wouldn’t give me anything for my diagnosed ADD, because evidently amphetamines are only for kids, and won’t give me any working anxiety medication, not even a small amount in case of a panic attack, which people call ambulances about because it looks and is so bad. I’ve taken a few unwanted rides because of this. From this and my statement above I think you will see why I say if you need more than counseling, you’re pretty much out luck, if you can, go ANYWHERE else. Also, check out the reviews, the good ones have ZERO details, interesting.....
The psychiatrist who prescribed me medications, put me on a dangerous antipsychotic for a year and a half. One people aren't supposed to be on for more than a couple months. I was then ordered bloodwork, to see if I was royaly messed up in my thyroid and heart because the meds I was on can do that to you, and when I went to see the psychiatrist about my results, he told me he never ordered bloodwork. The whole kicker of this is he should have never prescribed me an antipsychotics, I should have been on mood stabilizers. I was miss-prescribed and nobody notice for a year and a half.
Zero knowledge on how to help people. They are All fake
