First time at this mall. Great selection of stores to shop at. It had our stores that we love like Simply Southern and others. Will be back for sure when we’re back in the area. We like to hang out at Dave & Buster’s.
Our 1st time at this mall. The police presence with a K9 wasn't calming nor was it a relief. Just saw them circling every part of the mall. Family atmosphere, some nostalgic stores we no longer have in FL. Every store we went in people seemed genuinely nice. The carousel was running but overall good time.
it’s a mall with stores. pretty much what you’d expect. but i really wish they were more strict on service dogs and asking the questions they’re supposed to be asking. some family thought it would be funny to bring in their puppy and it ended up peeing right in front of someone’s stand and they the family didn’t even clean it up. a poor janitor had to. it wasn’t even on a leash and was very obviously not even a service dog in training. it stared down my actual service dog and i just left the area they were sitting in immediately. i also wish the k9s they bring in were trained to ignore other dogs.

This is a great mall. I've been in a bunch of malls all over the country. This one is nice. Quiet .
Columbiana Mall is a nice shopping location. There are so many nice stores inside, and the food court has a good selection. Red Robin is attached to the mall. Also attached is a Dave and Busters, a fun place to go to play games, have a drink, and eat dinner.
I walk at the mall almost every day and am so impressed with the cleanliness and safety. They do a marvelous job maintaining a place that is 30 years old.
Loved that it wasn't a couple stories high mall. Has a bit of everything, jewelry stores, kiosks of all sorts, arcades, bunch of restaurants to choose from. Cozy atmosphere, friendly employees, even got a K9 officer.
Nice smaller mall, not like our larger mall in Greenville, they did have a Coach Store, which we don’t have in Greenville, the women in my family seen to love this store. I did buy a pair of shoes, the staff was amazing!
