My family has been going to Columbine for years. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I have a cat who is never very happy to be going to the vet but they have always done everything they can to try to make her feel better while there. I would whole heartedly recommend this vet to anyone looking.
I absolutely love this animal hospital. We took our lab mix here for routine appointments and for some unexpected things too. Everyone we dealt with was wonderful including the front desk staff. I always felt that they truly cared. Sadly our sweet girl had cancer which they diagnosed from an X-ray. We usually saw Dr. Perrow and we love her. She wasn’t available when we needed to bring her in so we saw Dr. Rooker. She handled a very difficult situation wonderfully. She was honest with us about her concerns and wanted to have a radiologist read the X-ray as well. The staff was upfront about all of the costs and gave us the diagnosis with so much care and compassion. Our sweet girl just passed away last month. When we decide to get another dog we will come here for vet care. Thank you Columbine Animal Hospital!
I highly recommend Columbine Animal Hospital. They updated my three Pomeranians vaccines, helped with nails, trimmed their coats and shaved their bellies and rear ends. They gave me info on Alopecia for one of my Pomeranians to help with her hair regrowth. Dana & Katelin are the best, and all the staff I interacted with were very welcoming and friendly!! Thanks to all!!
A great neighborhood vet to work with. Friendly staff, caring doctors and a clean facility. They have always taken the utmost care of our cats whenever the need arises. You can't ask for more. Those who have left negative reviews need to realize that vet medicine is hard work and at the end of the day there's no such thing as perfection. Columbine does their best and that's good enough for me.
We are new clients and scheduled an apt. online which was actually an amazing easy process for once! The staff was so friendly and went above and beyond to get our husky out of her shell. The vet and techs are amazing at the clinic and we look forward to building a relationship with them.
Best vet experience I’ve had in a while. They were caring and understanding. My dog is typically pretty anxious at the vet, and she felt at ease the whole time. Highly recommend!
We had been with a large small animal small animal hospital for years and realized no one knew us and or our animals. We discovered Columbine Animal Hospital a couple years ago and WE LOVE IT! Christina will get us scheduled and is so welcoming to our family.....she feels like family:. The techs take time to help our dogs feel comfortable and the vets TRULY CARE, have a seat on the floor, and gently and lovingly, examine our animals and listen to our concerns. We never feel rushed or like we're a number. Hayley, the practice manager, is always available to answer questions and say hello. I think what really sets them apart is they want to get to know you. My elderly dad brought his long time kitty in as he wasn't doing well. They took so much time with him, let him make the decisions and supported him. He hasn't been in for over a year and they ALWAYS ask about him. What a gem! If you want a professional veterinary practice that will really know you and your pet family, this is the place. I am so grateful for them.
Scam me for a down payment d and when I want to canceled because I was not feeling good that cannot get my money back 74.00 and if I want to MAKE ANOTHER APPOINTMENT I had to pay another 74.00so I'm disabled so I calle d Uber got there no hospital all I see is a clinic Sq so since I could get my money back so they said that they were going to do examination so they looked at my cat body and said he looked OK and wanted to look further they would have to cut his hair down 50.00 more dollars came back and said he might have flies I told her I bought him one 2 months ago on Amazon seresto 8 mo collar 57.oo dollars she said is not strictly enough he needs this medication 2mo for 50.00 more I made the appointment to have laps done they don't do laps o thay scam me good
We only take our dog to Columbine Animal Hospital for his healthcare. We trust them and enjoy our visits because of the friendliness of the staff!
We recently found a large lump on our 6 year old pit lab mix. Our regular clinic was scheduling about 1 month out. Columbine understood how nerve-wracking this was on us and immediately made a spot to slide us is to get a look at it the same day. After taking a small sample and looking at it under the microscope it was determined that it was a mast tumor. They were able to get us in to have it removed about a week later, where we still couldn't even be seen until several weeks later at our regular clinic. I feel that they were very friendly and accommodating. They were happy to answer my questions throughout the day as I had them. They did a great job explaining aftercare and an easier way to help pay for the procedure. I would highly recommend them over the last people that were there!!!
