i am not a client, yet had a very unpleasant experience with this company - I had an appointment at the dentist office next door and, unbeknownst to me I parked in the area that was reserved to CFI. The lot was almost completely empty, evidently they don’t have many visitors throughout the day. There were signs, I didn’t see them. They had my vehicle towed. I found myself stranded at the dentist’s office. Managed to contact the towing company who told me I needed to pay cash and gave me their address well, that what I thought Had to walk to the nearest ATM, then called Lyft and ended up in a sketchy neighborhood, in the very back of a parking lot, walking through gravel. I was so scared, in broad daylight, felt like I was on the set of a horror movie and I have been all over the world! I kept looking back at the Lyft car, hoping it wouldn’t leave right away, in case I needed to turn around and run! I even texted my husband my location in case something happened to me. There was no “proper” business there, just a tow truck and my car next to it. The guy was okay, I surrended the cash and drove off. He later texted me a receipt. Back at the dentist’s office, where I had left my kids, I decided to go to the next door neighbor. They were all smiles, so sorry for me, assuring me this had nothing to do with them and that they hadn’t placed a call at all… except that the towing company had mentioned them to me and their address is listed on the receipt I asked for! The dentist office also confirmed that this happens all the time - in spite of the multiple signs... did I pay the price for my lack of attention! In conclusion, I wouldn’t do business with a company that looks at me in the eye and lies with a soft voice, and big smile on their face… to me, it’s wicked!

Bobbie and all the staff at Columbus Finance have been absolutely amazing!!!! Bobbie has worked with me while I’ve been going through some extremely difficult times and helping me keep my car loan on track- Without her patience, kindness and understanding and support I don’t I know what I would have done!!!!! Thank you for being absolutely wonderful!!!! I’m beyond grateful

The people here are amazing. The longevity of the employees speaks volumes. Always have had a great experience over the 10+ years working with them professionally.

Great company they work with you and are understanding. They Work with you if you explain to them why you are going to be behind on your car note a lot of car loan places do not do this so these guys are a blessing. DENNIS AND BOBBY ARE AWESOME.

Columbus Finance has been a great company to use for my auto loan. Nick is the definition of a great account manager. I always stayed in communication with them, even when I got hurt and had surgery. He made sure everything stayed on track and actually cared. If you do what you say, stay in contact with them you will have zero issues!!

My credit score went up a lot higher even with starting at fair credit. I had the privilege working with Tonya. She always have a positive attitude, and willing to assist where needed. I've been with Columbus Finance for a few years now and some months have been easier than others. I don't know where I would be without the help and understanding of Bobbie Sheets. The last 6 months or so it has been hard to get caught up but she is always willing to work with me. I would recommend Columbus Finance to anyone. As long as you communicate, Bobbie and the rest of the staff are always willing to work with you. I just got over having covid for 2 weeks and financially things have been a bit rough going into the new year and they have been very helpful and understanding which has put my mind at ease until I can get back into the swing of things. So again thank you Bobbie and thank you to Dennis as well and the rest of the Columbus Finance team. 10/10.
