Thanks for fixing my tub, Whenever they send Junior, I always know the work will get done correctly and quickly. And he cleans up after himself. Which I love. He is a true professional. Thanks again! It would not let me write another review. I wanted to add that my AC broke down yesterday. And last year I went months without air when it broke. But again Junior came through. And he fixed the problem. His expertise is definitely unmatched at this building. You have no idea how truly appreciated you are. We need more people like Junior.
My air conditioner broke down And I had multiple people come to try to fix it. When they sent Junior up to my apartment that's when I saw real results. He is very professional, Considerate, and he works in a timely manner. Anytime I ever have a maintenance emergency Junior is definitely who I will ask for. He always make sure things are fixed right the first time. Thank you.
Columbus Park is NOT WORTH the hassle of trying to get in is you DO NOT HAVE A1 CREDIT DO NOT APPLY. The nerve of the because it's a dump always smelly and car theft at a high they charge $90 for an application fee and if you do not fit the requirements it's not refundable who charges 90 for a application fee? Research your RESOURCES the dump is inquiring within you like the feds6 NOT WORTH IT to live in a dump
Nah the way that they allow their residents to make the messes they do leaving trash at the doors, in the halls, on the elevator. They have cameras and do nothing about it. It always stink. You dont have a way to buzz in to whomever is visiting. Kids be smoking in the lobby. Its a mess!!
Junior Is the only person who cared enough to fix the air conditioner on this terribly hot day! I greatly appreciate him.Monica was helpful too. Sasha is incompetent and should give her job to an adult and go work at rainbow because those are the type of customer service skills she has.
I’ve been a resident for almost two years now. Undeniably the best renting experience I’ve had thus far! The associates in the leasing office are friendly, caring, and understanding with their residents. Maintenance has always responded to me a in timely matter. And my unit is perfect size to accommodate my lifestyle. The area is peaceful and surrounded by stores for necessities. I don’t see myself leaving for awhile. Easy five out of five review, I love it here.

I have file numerous complaints about the residents above me dumping buckets of water over the balcony. I stay in 6033 building on the fourth floor and they stay on the fifth floor. I have went to the leasing office and they does nothing. They have no problem letting you know the rent is going up or putting eviction notice on people doors but refuse to take care of the property. All the buildings are nasty trash in hallways and in the Landry room and mail room. The people giving good reviews are the people who work here. They will tell you lies to get you to sign the lease and then you start noticing things are not right here. Save your money and move somewhere else. You only paying to stay in Bedford. This review is true and honest please do not sign a lease here. Also washer and dryer is not working they put a new washer and dryer in not working. So we have to go to laundry place to wash clothes. Still go up on the rent. Leasing is clueless about when the machine will be up and running.

DO NOT BELIEVE THE 5 STAR REVIEWS it’s actually pathetic the workers gave reviews to boost the rating . Don’t apply here, run. We aren’t paying for anything but to say we live in Bedford ok? We don’t have a pool, gym,clean halls, clean ceilings, clean or functioning elevators. BUT we DO HAVE crime, LOTS of court evictions cases from sleazy/corrupt leasing agents, property manager & lawyer. WE DO HAVE disgusting carpet in the hallways, BATS you heard me right yes bats the little vampires, dirty windows, increases in rent without notice. The leasing agents REFUSING to take your payments so your BALANCE CAN ACCUMULATE MUCH HIGHER!!! The leasing office is full with unprofessional people who have no idea what they’re doing, the property manager showed up to court with a bonnet and jogging suit on. Trash everywhere, I actually had to close my eyes walking to the elevator and while on the elevator because the disgust that I seen was too much to take in. The halls and steps are so old and rusty it looks abandoned. The 5 stars are complete lies and just utterly disrespectful. They have no empathy or sympathy for the residents. This is a 0/5 do not recommend, God will bless you with something MUCH MUCH BETTER don’t apply here.
