Welcome to the official Columbus Zoo and Aquarium’s Facebook page. This page was created to interact with the Zoo’s many supporters and continue our mission to “lead and inspire by connecting people and wildlife.”

Please note, this is a moderated online discussion and our moderators use these guidelines to ensure community posts are suitable for all readers. We acknowledge and respect a range of opinions and points of view as long as they comply with the following rules.
The Columbus Zoo and Aquarium reserves the right to hide, delete and/or report posts that contain defamatory, malicious, threatening or vulgar communication. In addition, personal attacks of any kind or offensive comments that target, discriminate or disparage any ethnic, racial, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability or religious group will not be tolerated and will be removed. Advertising or promotional material is not permitted by anyone other than the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium. Spam is defined as posting repetitive content that monopolizes the conversation, as well as posts that contain links to other websites, advocates illegal activity, contains lewd and inappropriate images, and promotes an individual’s business, service or webpage. Submissions that include confidential or proprietary information, raise privacy concerns, or infringe on copyrights or trademarks will be removed. If a user violates these guidelines, the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium reserves the right to ban and block the individual from continuing to post on our Facebook page.
