Students learn the traditional sport of Jujitsu and traditional values with a modern concept on the sport. We have classes for children starting as early as 5 years old (Depending on maturity level) and adults of any age or skill level.
About the class: This complete Martial Art focuses on the technical application of submissions, sweeps, throws & positional control which allows a smaller person to defeat a larger opponent. My Combative Jujitsu program is designed to introduce students the basics of standing and ground grappling to provide a sold foundation of Jujitsu sport and self defense.
Benefits include HUGE gains in confidence, functional strength, flexibility, discipline and overall physical conditioning.
