Dr. Combs received his undergraduate degree in Zoology from Colorado State and his medical degree from Vanderbilt University School of Medicine. He trained in general surgery and did his residency in Plastic Surgery at Oregon Health and Science University where he was also a Clinical Fellow, Hand and Microvascular Surgery. A member of the prestigious American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons, Inc., Dr. Combs has been board certified as Diplomat of the American Board of Plastic Surgery since 1995. He has authored a host of clinical publications and made presentations to professional peers at several medical congresses nationwide. In private practice for more than 20 years, he has chaired the Department of Surgery
