Picked up new service equipment and got home and was missing cables. No ones fault. Came back today and they were nice and got us what we needed.
Ridiculously busy and understaffed. Once you get a service rep things go very smoothly and quickly. They do take the time to listen and explain about their services. Got a good deal combining my cell and inet bill
I had a great experience, all 3 times. First time they let me know since I walked in Black Friday I was looking at atleast 1 hr wait, and let me know to book an appointment for the following day. Second visit exchanged modems, in and out in less than 10. Third vist, to exchange TV box... same without an appointment. They were always nice, attentive, and shuttered when I mentioned how busy they were on Black Friday... I appreciate them customer service even after a long weekend
Pretty good but was unable to get a Veteran discount in the store which was very interesting and The store is in Vacaville too. Then charge more for auto pay through your credit card then straight from your bank account which now a days is the exact same. It is called Visa debt. I still have been unable to connect as well. Which is very frustrating and will have to make another 90 miles round trip to the store to get it straightened out.
The manager at the store was very professional. He took care of the problem I had not solved by the online costumer care. He should be commended for the outstanding He has done. He deserves a recognition.
Rochelle was great! She sorted out my issues quickly. Previous week I had tried get help via chat support online - it was terrible. I was on chat for hours and hours, no one could fix my problem and they kept forcing my bill up. Had to find a real human and Rochelle came to the rescue!
Kae and Dom a trainee were both quick, helpful, and professional. Paula was comically unpleasant and seemed much too hostile to be doing anything customer service related. I wish them all the best!
Update After trying to buy a phone last year it literally took this store 6 months to credit my account 1185. + 4 months of different junk charges , My charge for my monthly phone bill was changed to a different price 111. 98. , 85. My regular bill for the last year was the same it was 111. And since I’ve ordered this phone everything‘s been changed without my authorization even the Commingling of funds on my personal account. my insurance was dropped on my primary by the store and my plan was changed without my authorization. I was told by Xfinity on the phone that the young girl at the store who took my credit card was responsible for all of this ! I will never walk into this store that hires children that take liberties with credit cards and took my insurance off my phone without authorization from me . I had to go to my back and cancel my card . Over half a year to get a credit back . I Wouldn’t recommend the store to anyone they should close it they commingle funds if they get a hold of your credit card not to mention you call you out on hold for a easy 30 min than disconnected . For a telecommunications company they have the worst service inside and out .
I wish they had a phone number to call to get in stock information. I wasted time going there only to find out the item I wanted was out of stock.
This is a great store nice and open with a great selection and very fast and friendly customer service too.
