Comfort & Care Home Health agency is staffed with highly qualified, trained care givers. This agency helps adults who are recovering after a hospital or facility stay, or need additional support to remain safely at home and avoid unnecessary hospitalizations. Our care is provided by Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, Medical Social Workers and Home Health Aides. We have caregivers who assist individuals. This may include helping with daily tasks such as bathing, eating, light housekeeping within the home and preparation of meals. The main purpose of our service is to help individuals stay at home versus living in a facility. OUr name says it all COMFORT AND CARE. Families enjoy having competent caregivers looking after the needs of loved ones, allowing dignity, independence and good quality of life. All care is provided based on recommendations of physicians, and the wishes of patient and family.
