We stay here frequently when coming to visit family. The entire staff is always friendly, they provide a hot continental breakfast, and the rooms are clean. On our last stay, we met Emily. She was brand new to the cleaning staff, very kind, and a hard worker. She did a great job on both of our rooms.Rooms: 5/5

We stayed here for one night while in the area to visit family. It felt like a very nice, newer hotel. Everything was clean, and we had a wonderful stay—this was our favorite hotel of the 5 we stayed in on this trip! The hot chocolate available anytime in the lobby was such a nice touch—we loved that! It was delicious and perfect on the cold, rainy day. We also loved the option to sign into our streaming services on the TV.

What a beautiful stay! Peggy at the front desk has now been inducted into our family! Peggy Nixon you made our stay and family reunion the best! Omg! Ladies in the cafeteria were amazing! Ms Cindy you have now spoiled the kids rotten and the better get it their darn selfMs. Tabitha you’re an amazing woman! God Bless all of your staff and we now have a home away from home!

I was traveling from NY and was meeting a friend in Pottstown PA. The staff was very unprofessional and accused my guest that came to stay with me as an outsider coming to steal breakfast he was even asked to leave until he furnished a room key to prove he was there with someone. Very embarrassing and very disrespectful to a GUEST! She was racist and singled him out because he was of mixed culture. then when we spoke to the so called manager BRIAN about it all he could say was "well she apologized" we have to be security for our guests she was doing her job. NO! she was accusing him of not being a guest because he was not WHITE! he was just as biased as Gina was. I will NEVER get a room here again and I will NEVER be insulted or disrespected by a hotel staff again! NEVER JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER. The room was not worth the $250 I spent and I should have been offered a refund! DO NOT GO HERE! THE ROOM ALSO HAD BUGS AND SMELLED LIKE MOLD!!!

Clean rooms, friendly people and staff, and prompt service. We stayed at this hotel for a business trip, and the staff and location made our stay worth it. There are many amenities nearby and several attractions within driving distance. Rooms: We stayed in a mini-suite. It was clean and included two TVs, a king-size bed, a couch with a pull-out bed, and several working areas. The room had a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and hair dryer. Safety: The hotel locks all the outside accessible doors at 10:00 PM, so you must have your room key to enter. This extra precaution made us feel more secure.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were there for my nephew's funeral and the staff made sure we were comfortable and we had everything that we needed. They had a problem with their system when we tried to pay for some snacks for the room and the manager comp'd them I would definitely stay there again. Also, the hotel smelled amazing and was very clean!

This hotel is new and provide all required items. Room is pretty good. Breakfast is excellent. All time coffee, tea, and fruits are served. Other than those, the location is just 15 min distance to Premium outlet and less than 1 hour to Philadelphia Downtown. I really suggest this hotel to stay.

Had to cancel trip 2 days before due to vehicle accident and hospital visit. Location waived cancellation fee. Very appreciative of their understanding.

Stayed here 3 nights for a business trip. Hotel was perfect! Friendly staff that greets you every time you walk in, breakfast was limited but delicious, rooms were clean and updated. Parking was free, there's a fireplace and an outdoor pool. Can't complain one bit about this stay! Good location too with lots of chain restaurants nearby, close to major highways as well.
