Horrible night’s sleep!! Construction/remodeling work began promptly at 8am. Saws and hammers. I called the front desk. No help. It sounded like someone was hammering on the other side of the wall of our room. This continued for 45 min straight. Just as we thought we may be able to get a little more sleep, someone started vacuuming the hall outside or room at 9am. Don’t worry, the sawing and hammering started back up about 9:15. If you are planning to get up early in your vacation, this hotel should do fine. The room was clean. If you would like to sleep until 10am and then leave by checkout time…go elsewhere. My husband and I both travel frequently for work and fun. This was unacceptable. We noted that they put up a “sorry for our noise” sign at our elevator this morning it was not there last night when we checked in and went to our room early evening. The point of a hotel is getting a good night’s sleep and a place to get cleaned up and ready for the day. I guess half is better than none.
We got this for under a C-Note and for that price it’s a great room! It’s very clean! It smells like “The Beverly Hillbillies” granny’s perfume- won’t gag you out at all! The shower comes with a basin that doesn’t drain so you get a foot spa and leave with your feet extra clean and pruned. The carpet is very clean, thankfully, because my son fell between the bed and the wall. My husband felt very at home, he strolled around the room in front of his family in his tight squeaky underwear. Hitting snooze was a theme this morning because the beds were so comfortable! They’re also a very giving hotel; they let me take home a roll of toilet paper for our allergies and sneezing, and a new pen. Book a room- it’ll be great!
My friend and I needed a room for ours kid's orientation at UWF and this was a good choice. It wasn't far from the college. The room had a nice clean smell when you walk in and it was clean. There was always fruit infused water lemonade in the lobby and they have a continental breakfast. The front desk personnel was nice. We booked through the hotel per the college referral but I think it would have been cheaper via other platforms. All in all it was a nice little stay for what we were there for Food & drinks: There's a Mexican restaurant really close by but I don't recommend it.
Very nice hotel. The staff was mostly friendly. The breakfast was excellent. There was an issue with a large group of unruly teens making a lot of noise in the parking lot and in a room in the middle of the night, and security dealt with it promptly. There was a nice pool. The only issue with the room was that the housekeepers put the top sheets on both beds the wrong direction, and there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom.
The hotel floors were not clean. Floors were wet from pool water. The smell was not clean with damp air. The minute I laid on my bed I began to feel bites, I brushed it off as nothing. At 12:30 am in the morning, I began to be woke by more bites. It was a huge bed big that was so visible when I turned the lights on I found what was the source. Took the evidence downstairs and was moved to another room. I hope the room was fumigated but I bet not. BE AWARE !!!! Nearby activities: Will not stay again
This is a clean hotel in a safe area near lots of restaurants with easy access to the interstate and only about 20 minutes from beautiful Pensacola beach. We stayed on Memorial Day weekend and it was very busy. Breakfast was out of almost everything which is the only thing that made me frown a little. However, as I mentioned it was a very busy holiday weekend and the worker was cheerfully replacing items as quickly as she possibly could. I would stay here again. Great value and close to the beach
Hotel is in a great location not to far from the beach..breakfast is pretty good but the room was not the best. It had a odor and the air conditioner didn’t get cold. So it mad the room kinda uncomfortable at times with the weather been in the high 90’s. The hotel staff was helpful and very nice.not sure if I’ll return but only time will tell.
I will never stay here again. We always stay at Comfort Inn but this one was a horrible experience. They double charged us and act like they didn't when our bank statement shows they did. The manager was an old white lady that called my husband's phone from her personal phone getting smart with him. The King Suite is not a suite at all. The pool was dirty and stank really bad. It might be better if there was a new manager but I will never go back
The hotel room is very clean. The young lady that works swing shift was very sweet and helped us out with every question. The only thing I'd have to say is if you're not careful of the entrance, you will miss it, besides that everything was great.Rooms: 5/5
Room smelt moldy from ac. They did not replace our soaps and shampoos only towels. And couldn't use pool because of fecal matter in pool so that's why they are getting this many stars. Only good thing was it was close to our work.Rooms: 3/5
