Clean, spacious, lovely and well decorated. Conveniently located near the freeway and lots of good restaurants. Speaking of food, the breakfast was first rate!! Nice smallish outdoor pool and very hot hot tub where our kids had s great time swimming and splashing around. I A few minor complaints. First, blackout curtains did not completely close and let too much morning sunlight in. Second, the shower head was lousy. Third, they had no mattress protector for the sofa bed. Fortunately for everyone, our toddler had an accident-free night! Still, a really good place for a family to stay. We’ll be back!
I stayed here for a week with 2 babies. We got sick during our stay and we are very grateful for the housekeeping staff who cleaned up everyday and brought in new towels and bedding. Very great staff you have. Great location too. Close to Walmart and food!Rooms: 5/5
It is a newer comfort suites hotel, and is very clean. Our room was noisy and I constantly heard cars and trucks outside on the highway and in the morning jet engines revving up at the Goodyear airport. I think they could’ve done a little bit better job of soundproofing the rooms. We could pretty much hear every single word from the people that were staying in the room next to us. it is the most expensive comfort inn/suites that we have stayed at anywhere and I don’t think it was worth the money. The breakfast bar had all the normal items but I but I have to mention that it had a neat automatic, pancake machine. I didn’t have a chance to try it, but other people did, and it worked well. One thing we didn’t like was that the housekeeping staff came in our room on the third day even though we had put out the Do not disturb sign. Not sure why they came in, but looks like they left us clean towels. Which we didn’t actually need. Another thing we didn’t like was that they sent us a text message a couple of days before we arrived asking for a photograph of my drivers license and credit card information. It looked to me like it was a spam message, and I deleted it. I highly recommend that others delete it also. in all of the Choice hotels we’ve stayed at I’ve never come across this before. And hopefully won’t ever come across it again. The woman at the front desk during the daytime was not really a happy camper and probably needs to find another job or take a happy pill.
I love this place my only complaint is that the bed has an ankle breaker meaning there's a metal part that when you hit it with your leg it hurts. big time ouch! The pool was nice and clean. The room was clean. breakfast is awesome. plenty of room for a large family. Me, my daughter, and my grandkids. I will be a returning customer when I visit Phoenix.
Busy area. Lots of traffic. Originally I requested a room with a deep tub. Plumbing problem ruined that. Second room tub was small. Breakfast was very good. But the pool was gross. Water turning green. No pool service. Rooms: 3/5
Great stay in the cool hotel in very hot Phoenix in July. Service was fantastic. Every person I ran into was pleasant. I believe due to the extreme heat the water never got really cold and the water pressure in the shower was weak.Rooms: 4/5
