It is our intent to create every item in our bakery with a healthy, wholesome attitude. Toward that end, all of our baked goods (except the white bread) have at least 10% whole wheat flour. We only use butter, olive oil or canola oil (no margarine or shortening), pure vanilla extract and pure chocolate chips in our recipes. Everything is made from scratch without adding any preservatives.
We bake items fresh everyday. If they don't sell by the end of the day, we pop them in the freezer.

Our coffee beans are roasted on-site in small batches to ensure optimum freshness. The green coffee beans originate from all over the world, to offer a wide range of flavours. The majority of our beans are Fair Trade and/or Organic. The beans are chosen in part for their taste compatibility with each other. That means you can order your own unique blend (example: 12g of Yirgacheffe with 4g of Sumatra.
Each cup of coffee is individually brewed in our French Xpress cup to suit your taste. Our French Xpress cup is ideally suited to make a great cup of tea as well! Check out our selection.
