Reasonable prices but horrible customer service. No matter how friendly the customer is the employees make it their mission to make you feel stupid for asking questions. If you can make the drive I suggest going to Fresno and trying the other retro gaming stores. The prices might be higher but the employees don’t make you feel stupid or like a burden when shopping in store.

Poor communication customer service was shot the worker was so rude to me and my kids like wow first time there and last time ever going

Very welcoming atmosphere, for everyone. I hadn't played MTG in 10 years and recently got back into it. The owners and players are all nice, knowledge, and very helpful. Check it out if your into any hobbies.

Pretty cool game store filled with trading card games, boards games, video games, and people with a lot of knowledge and passion for what they do. You can find Magic, Flesh and Blood, Warhammer, and even retro video games in this shop. Also there is a ton of space to just grab a table with friends and jam out some games. Overall great local game store that I will visit regularly.

I went in after buying a few things at the nearby stores. The guys greeted us and were very attentive in case we needed help. I was interested in all their classic consoles and video games! I’ll be back for sure. They have a ton of games and although I don’t know what the big tables are for it would be cool to learn lol

They have a fantastic stock of board games and plenty of gear for card games. The tables are clean and the atmosphere is inviting. Their selection of specialty foils for Magic the gathering is among the best in the valley, and the folks running the store are respectful, and interested in your satisfaction. I would very much suggest a visit to this store

Great place to play and buy table top games locally. Plus, they have a nice selection of used console games and accessories.

The store has a lot of cool stuff to in it but very limited amounts of Pokémon singles. If your looking for packs they have them but it’s also $5 a pack.

Unimpressed with the customer service. First off, not one person acknowledges us as we walk in. While talking to the guy behind the counter who we had to call out to, he kept his back turned towards us. Completely dry and unfriendly. We took in a few cards to potentially trade and he didn’t have the decency to put them back in the sleeves. Not to mention their trash offer for the cards.. It was our first time here and it completely rubbed us the wrong way. We will continue to take our business to Blue Shell instead.

This institution is my favorite place to participate in Magic the Gathering. The owners and staff are courteous respectful and immensely knowledgeable. They assist players of all skill levels And recommend products appropriately. I have both bought and sold product at this location and found that it was smooth and without issue. I would recommend them to any active or prospective players and customers.
