Located in Dubuque, Iowa on the west end off of Seippel Rd. Locally owned by Callahan Construction, Inc. 60 units ranging from 2 bedroom/ 1 bathroom, 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom, and 3 bedroom/ 2 bathroom. Appliances included, laundry hook-ups, and garages available.

We are also in the process of building another building which will have 24 units ranging from 1 bedroom/ 1 bathroom and 2 bedroom/ 1 bathroom. Units are expected to be ready beginning June 1st, 2017.

Place is okay. I wouldn’t recommend living here unless you like high rent cheap flooring and rude customer service. There is nothing special, some thing they did nice like in the bathroom, other not so much like a cheap kitchen. Expect them to leave and turn on things when they inspect your apartment. I went on vacation during one of the inspections and they left my bathroom sink running and turned my furnace on and turned it up to 74 and if anyone knows me I never have it higher then 69 or even on at all. When I asked them about it the denied it all and say maybe I should get a camera. The halls are infested with spider and bug which they never clean. People leave their boxes in the halls for days and even sometimes weeks. The Linoleum in the kitchen and bathroom both are starting to separate from the ground and bubble in spots. The dishwasher is the worlds loudest thing when it runs and the talking about running the fridge never stops running.
People should take these reviews seriously. These apartments are not a good place to live. We had our rent increased twice in 10 months. The manager of the apartments who is Jessica, is so unfriendly. Also it was very noisy. You could hear the people on the 2nd and 3rd floor. They hardly ever clean the halls, which would have dead bugs and frogs.If you need something fixed you might as well forget about it. We had to fix it ourselves.
I was hired on March 18th as Apartment manager. I was told I also had to clean my apartments and hallways. As of yesterday June 12 that’s all I was told to do was clean all apartments all hallways and all grounds. When ever I asked about managing I was told I have to be trained first. There was no training. Once I was told to clean a 3 be 2 bath apartment from a move out in 2 hours. These ppl are sick. My boss Kate is about the rudest person I ever met. She told one lie after another and Joe Callahan always backed her up. Yesterday I was called into the office after work and told I was being let go. No reason was given but she did indicate that I was to slow. I’ve had my own cleaning company for to yrs . I was always told I was fast. Don’t work for these people. You will regret it. Talk about Misrepresentation. See ya in court.
I lived in Commerce Park Apartments for 5 years and had such a great experience! The management was professional. My apartment looked new and was clean.
Very cheaply made. You can hear every little thing the neighbors around you do. Management very unfriendly and will do anything they can think of to screw you out of your deposit when you move out. Strongly recommend not living here.
Nice apartments never had any problems with the managers. Having a garage right by was super nice too
