Commerce Village Dentists

My husband and I have been going to Commerce Village Dentist for years. The doctor we had seen for many years moved to another office up north and at the time we were so disappointed but I have to tell you that we now see Dr. Grewal and we absolutely love him and the entire staff at commerce Village dentistry! They always accommodate our schedules are huge plus, I love the night and weekend availability.

I have been going here for yrs! Today I was unsatisfied. The front office mixed me up with another patient. They called me in a prescription to another pharmacy and told me to take it. I was pretty upset about this. Not sure if I’m going to come back or not. I didn’t even receive an apology at the end. They just took my payment and said have a nice day. I did think this was unprofessional.

I had a wonderful experience. They were very kind and considerate when it came to understanding my financial circumstances. Gental when working in my teeth. I will definitely recommend this office to anyone in need of Dental work.

Today I had a tooth break and needed to get into a dentist urgently. Being a new patient they got me in within the hour stayed late to get my partial crown in! I’m typically very afraid of the dentist but Dr. Savaya and his staff Quinn & Chelsea & front desk changed that! He was so professional, kind, understanding & calming! I will absolutely continue to go here and highly recommend Commerce Village Dentistry! Thank you for making this a positive and painless process and for taking me in on emergency as a new patient.

I had some pain from leg ulcers and I was assured that I would receive comfort in everyway necessary. The doctor and hygienist made sure that I had no discomfort in my procedure. Everyone here is always pleasant and welcoming. Love this office and the people who work here!

Took my boys 3 & 5 years old recently to get their teeth cleaned and it went SO MUCH better than I imagined! Lisa was our hygienist and the boys were comfortable and tolerated the whole cleaning. Dr. Savaya did the exams and was so friendly and kind to them. Thank you!

Had great experiences with CVD for a few years. The last two visits were horrible. Second to last visit for a cleaning I think I got a brand new hygienist who seemed to only clean 1 of every 4 teeth. I chalked it up as a bad day. I went back today for another cleaning and was told about all these great services they provide. 50 minutes into my visit I asked when I was going to get my cleaning done. The hygienist told me I had elected for the deep cleaning and that would be done on multiple visits on the left and right sides. When I stayed I just wanted my normal cleaning she said I would have to reschedule because we were out of time. It literally felt like a shady oil change place trying to upsell everything they could. Upping checkout they also billed my insurance for a doctors visit because a dentist came in while i was being unsold and said “don’t drink coffee” while looking at the monitor. I don’t know what changed here but it reeks of an insurance scam.
