CIS-Texas Joint Venture is a combination of two 501(c)3 non profit organizations - CIS of Brazoria County and CIS of Southeast Harris County dedicated to providing exemplary integrated research-based services that are addressed in both the Brazoria and Harris County Community Plans, including supporting in-school programs, dropout prevention, substance abuse programs, social services, and after school programs for at-risk or economically disadvantaged youth.
