I love the doctors but some of your front desk staff is so rude. I was looked at in my eyes multiple times and ignored by the woman at the 2nd desk from the left that worked on may 9th at 10:30 am. but as soon as the Hispanic woman came in with her child she was greeted immediately in Spanish before I was even acknowledged. When I said how rude that was she acted like she didn’t see me but that lady looked me dead in my eyes multiple times and ignored me as I stood holding my one year old his hospital papers and multiple other items in my hand in front of her desk. How can you not see someone that is right in front of you? That is standing at your desk. That you’ve made eye contact with multiple times. I guess she prefers to not deal with black patients. Really makes me not want to come here anymore. But I guess this is the best state insurance gets you. I did talk to the staff manager and she was very polite and professional and did apologize. She was very nice along with everybody else I have encountered so I am very appreciative that they listened and understood my frustration.
Accompanied my daughter and her newborn son to two appointments. The care was top rate, from the doctor, nurse, and receptionist. Everyone was very kind and patient and the appointments were both on time. The rooms and reception area was clean and bright. My daughter felt respected by everyone.
I have been a patient from this clinic for over 20 years have switched to private practices because of locations closer to my job but are back, I really missed the customer service and the doctors are wonderful, not only my primary care physician but the pediatricians as well since they also have been seeing my kids for over 20 years and still are. I am very pleased with the services they provide.
This place is the worst place ever . I been going there over 10 years it became so hard to make appointments and getting information. Specially the front desk are so rude and unprofessional . Zero star
It's always, always a bad bad customer service every time I call to make an appointment. Out of all the agents that answered my call for years, only two or three persons are nice and polite to talk to, the rest are rude and not welcoming. Its been years that I come to CCI Takoma park branch, the providers are nice and warm that's why I stayed, but thinking of the way how their phone people answer and accommodate calls for appointments are with rudeness overload. I'm full of the phone people's attitude, Not coming back here anymore....
Terrible front office staff . Everything here is a mess . They will do labs on you but you will never receive your results . The patient portal is useless. Never has updated info on it & when you call for results they’ll have you on hold for so long then will hang up on you . When you call back they’ll say sorry and put you back on hold. You literally have to go back to get results & expect a 30 min wait for that also. Really don’t understand why management hasn’t done anything about this yet . I seriously advise anyone looking for a primary to go elsewhere .
They are very unorganized, their office is such a mess, and the wait time is unacceptable. They have patients with 11:00am appointments going in before 10:00am appointments, as well as for their appointment and blood work sheat, I suggest picking somewhere else. When doing any blood work their they say you should get a call with the results within 4-7 days and never call you, you actually have to call them to get your results. ALSO when making an appointment, yes they “make” it but once you come in, you either don’t have that appointment made or it is actually set for a different day. This place actually deserves no stars now, ive went to this clinic since i was 5 and not till early this year they have disappointed me.
Treat staff and patients like very badly and only care about money money money. If you don’t have insurance they look at you like you’re worth less than a piece of meat to them. I would not trust any of my family members with them please stay far away!
Had an appt in Mid March 2018. Never called by doctor with results of tests. Called office after 1 month to remind her. Was told that I would get a call back. Never did. I guess I'll have to go over there, pick up my results and find a new doctor.
It’s been 15 min and I’m still waiting for my blood work results. The only reason I’m still here is because of my son’s doctor. She’s the best but the people in the front are rude. Ever since the male nurse doesn’t work there, they’re all grumpy and mean. ‍‍‍‍‍
