The Community Food and Justice Coalition promotes the basic human right of access to healthy food.
Methodology:
Through education, movement building, and advocacy, we collaborate with communities and organizations on issues of healthy food access, poverty, land use, climate change, and immigration. Equity and social justice are the basis for how we approach all of our work. We support communities to affect systemic change starting at the local level.
The Community Food and Justice Coalition promotes the basic human right of access to healthy food. By partnering with individuals and organizations at the local, state, and national level, CFJC works on grassroots initiatives to develop and support a food system that is
equitable, healthy, environmentally sustainable, and community-driven.
