We provide in home & community therapeutic services for children, youth, & adults with disabilities throughout central Texas.
At Community Health and Wellness, LLC, we contract with local therapists in your community to provide home and community based therapeutic programming to meet the needs of your child, youth, and/or adult family member with special needs. Our therapists work with your family to provide evaluations for home aids, leisure education, community integration, speech/language skills, behavioral support, and recreational opportunities.
