Seems to of gone down hill. Nobody really seems happy with their job. Trying to get an appointment in a reasonable time frame has gotten ridiculous. Have gone to the walk-in clinic more often for my family but today I couldn’t avoid the Baxter springs clinic when I had to have a chest x ray. Columbus sent me to Baxter , I called before hand to make sure it was a good time because Columbus told me to just walk-in- I waited an hour for two photos that literally took less than 2 min. I can’t seem to get an appointment with my doctor in a decent time frame to where I see her before my medication runs out, to see my psychologist is a joke- I’m supposed to see her every 2 weeks yet she’s scheduled months out, and the psychiatrist I went and saw while pregnant made major life changing diagnosis’ in an hour of knowing me .. my hormonal self while being pregnant…. Which the psychologist who does know me says isn’t a correct or logical diagnosis. There need to be some major changes made. Not very professional or dependable.

I'm not sure if the people here are simply trying to be professional or if they actually lack interpersonal skills. I don't go to this clinic on a regular basis, but every time that I have had to be there there is no greeting, no smiles on any faces, and everything is answered short and quick. As if- "this is only a job and I don't want to really deal with you." Today was the first day I'd been there in quite some time, and really had forgotten how awful it always was. I soon remembered and sat in the waiting room thinking about the last time I had been there. I had an appointment with the dentist because I had cracked a tooth at a restaurant eating a baked potato. This man was so horrible to me he left me in tears and his assistant repeatedly apologized to me. I told the receptionist how awful I had been treated and she acted like she couldn't care any less. It doesn't matter to me if you're a doctor, a nurse practitioner, physicians assistant, or the receptionist, if you're working with people you need to be kind and considerate. Oh heck, I don't care who you are or what kind of work you do, just be kind and considerate. I almost hate to leave this review because I'm not sure if it'll make the treatment/attitudes worse if I have to go back. Update: The above review was left at the beginning of August 2022. Let's address today, August 31, 2022. I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment and when checking in the receptionist loudly reviewed my information including my full address for everyone to hear even though I'd told her nothing had changed. She also proceeded to tell me my exact balance and asked for payment on it. My clinic in Columbus never does this. I know my balance, but no one else in their waiting room needs to. No one else needs to know what I'm there for either. There is so much wrong with all of this. I'm just dumbfounded that anyone would think this is okay. These people need trained. My review went down to one star. I'd give zero but it's not an option.

I am rarely late for appointments however I was 10 minutes late for the first time ever being late. I had to wait in line for 5 minutes to check in. I was told that I would have to reschedule. I have had to wait much longer than that to see a nurse practitioner. Just feel like my time is not important but they believe thier time is of the utmost importance. Care has been good before. Just really needed this appointment. Very disappointed.

I had blood work drawn on September the 28th I WAS TOLD I WOULD GET THE RESULTS THAT THURSDAY OR FRIDAY. Today is now October the 13th I’ve called up there twice now asking about it and both times I’ve been told “the physician hasn’t looked at them yet” I’m not sure why it’s taking so long. I’m extremely irritated because I had worked all night of the 27th got off and still went and sat at that dr office for over an hour. They acted as if they cared while I was there but NOTHING has been done, and I would just like some answers as to what is going on.

Had dentist appointment a few years back and waited to get called back to to wait for a nurse to come out and tell me the dentist refuse to see me waited 45min. Never went back again finally ended up at a dentist in Grove and he fix my teeth cost me 3900.00 well guess they lost money for refusing me

I have been quite happy with the care I received at this clinic. There is usually a 15-30 minute wait but that is to be expected at a low cost clinic. The fact that they offer a sliding payment system that depends on your income is fantastic.

Been coming here since I got out of rehab .19 yrs ago. I love this place. Jennifer Atkins is the best ever.

Always a great experience. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Horrible! This place seems to get worse everytime we have came so we will definitely not be coming back here again...the nurses are rude and the drs will leave you waiting for ever
