*VISION*

Growing Justice is committed to working from a racial, social and economic justice perspective.

We believe that all people deserve to live in communities that promote equity, freedom and safety. Our work is in alignment with those values and general principles.

For the past 10 years the Director of Growing Justice (GJ) has worked in media, communications, political advocacy, campaign management and leadership development.

We have a range of services that mirror our own leadership experience and development.

*GOAL*

Our organization was created to fill a need in the public and private sector. Growing Justice will work with organizations that aim to eliminate or drastically curb human suffering.

*VALUE DRIVEN*

To be value driven is to lead with your mind, body and spirit. Growing Justice is an organization that focuses on the development of individuals, organizations and communities.

In order for communities to change we know that people must change. It must be a simultaneous partnership where the needs of the people are met with the alterations of community conditions.

Just and fair inclusion. An equitable society is one in which all can participate and prosper. The goals of equity must be to create conditions that allow all to reach their full potential. In short, equity creates a path from hope to change.

*PEOPLE POWER*

We believe that the best solutions to society's issues will be met with valuable and creative strategies by the people and for the people.

In order for this to happen, all people need to be educated and provided with the community support that is necessary to change the world.

Our communities should be in our hands. We believe that over time our work will encourage global citizenry and revive a movement for justice.

*TESTIMONIALS*

Below are testimonials from individuals and organizations who have worked with the growingJUSTICE team.

Crystallee R. Crain, MA, PhD Candidate, California Institute of Integral Studies
"I had the honor to work with Crystallee on a video project for the Heal the Street fellowship. I was immediately impressed and inspired by her passion around community issues that concern youth. Her work with youth in training and mentoring them how to be strong leaders in their community is proven in their testimonials. I interviewed each fellow at the end of their fellowship. Each of them were aware of the issues that impacted them and gave insightful solutions to each issue." - Anonymous

"Crystallee is both personable, intelligent, creative and passionate. It is her passion that will grab her clients and her solution based/strategic thinking that will give her clients the guidance and direction they need to complete their projects." - Tracey Quezada Productions

"Crystallee is energetic, motivated, and committed to her work for organizations and communities that foster social justice and change. Her range of skills in the educational and nonprofit sector are augmented by her integrity, excellent follow-through, and incredibly hard work ethic."

For her, theory and action about service in and for the community are interwoven and inseparable."
