Veterinarian and Executive Director Dr. Elizabeth Stone graduated from Princeton University in 1985 with a degree in Biology, and from Tufts University School of Veterinary Medicine in 2000. After graduation, she practiced small animal and emergency medicine at a 6-doctor private practice in Rhode Island, before moving to Minnesota for a Master's in Conservation Biology and a Veterinary Residency in Raptor Medicine at the University of Minnesota. There she also practiced small animal medicine for two years at a 4-doctor practice. In 2008 she started doing spay-neuter surgeries at Coastal Humane Society in Brunswick as a Relief Veterinarian.
