Community Thrift Market is a program of Tallahassee Action Grants, Inc. (TAG) a 501(C)(3) organization.
TAG seeks to improve the quality of life in Tallahassee and the surrounding area by providing financial and other support to various nonprofit organizations in the community.
The profits from our thrift store will be distributed among needy charities in the community. Our bedrock charities will be Lee's Place, a grief and trauma counseling center for anyone regardless of their financial circumstance and Cauzican Care, a pet rescue supporting the rural Wakulla Animal Shelter which receives no county funding.
We encourage other local non-profits to apply for our grants. Our support can be financial or other ways - such as food drives, event broadcasting, etc.
All of the merchandise in the thrift market is donated. We accept donations during regular business hours. We will also pick up large items. Call us at (850) 273 0279 to arrange a pick up. All donations are tax deductible.
