If I could rate the rental department 0, I would. The male staff member who answered my call regarding a ramp rental inquiry was extremely rude and even hung up on me when I asked for his name. I then informed the manager regarding this poor/unpleasant customer service experience. Manager stated he will address the issue ASAP. I hope Home Depot will not hire such disrespectful, low grade employees as this depicts a very poor representation of the company.
