This is my first Vet with my American Crocker Spaniel 9 Month old Puppy getting Neutered. The entire Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable of there Profession. I have no complaints about this Business, plus it's only 4 miles from my home very convenient. 5 Star
I didn’t come here personally, but my sweet mother did! She messaged me immediately about how kind and compassionate you guys were to her and Ellie. She has raved about your facility and team since! I cannot thank you enough! I’ve been a technician in vet med for 6 years and this is the first time I have not helped facilitate medical care for her, so I was naturally curious about how it went! My mom is a worry wart by nature, which is why I am so appreciative that you all took the time with her today. It did not go unnoticed and I wanted to give my thanks here personally. A million thank you’s and hugs to your team!
We love Dr Rogers & her staff! They all take very good care of our basset babies & it is much appreciated! We always have a TON of questions & every question is always answered thoroughly & compassionately. In fact, I would say they go above & beyond! Their passion for animals absolutely shines through!
Nice staff, didn't overcharge. Puppy need some shots so nothing major but they certainly didn't give me the run-around or tell me that she needed special things. Ask them to do one exam in excess of the shots and they did a relatively quick lab test for me which didn't cost all that much to give me some peace of mind. Overall a good Clinic although I might say that they may want to stray away from the rustic decor in the clinic rooms as I'm not quite sure how sanitary those could be considering how what absorbs quite a lot of its surroundings.
Dr. Rogers is kind, compassionate, patient and a joy to work with. I've been a pet owner for 35 of my 41 years of life and she is by far the best vet, yet. I've experienced vets in the start of their practice as well as their twilight years and she is the best of all worlds with a genuine concern for pet owners who want the best for their animals. Her staff is knowledgeable and in a day and age where the art of customer service is dead--they practice a LOST art very well! Thank You, Thomas T.
Very nice and able to work with my large size dog Molly on Saturday and with all the precautions in effect lately. Only needed dogs annual check up and shots, but still needed a vet. Very pleased and I think Molly was also!
Dr Rogers is very good with all my pets I've brought to her. Not only from check ups but for surgery. Very informative on what is going to happen and charged. Very comfortable with leaving my pets in her expert hands. Very reasonable charges.
Pleased with their services. We’ve decided to transfer over to here. Vet seems to be familiar with large breeds as well, our last vet had mainly bulldogs, frenchies, and GSD so it’s nice to have someone who knows giant breeds. Was also super clean!
