Best place to feel like home!

Superb CrossFit gym!!! I came to do a drop-in during a roadtrip in Quebec, and I was very well received! The coaches are at the top and the room is just as great, I recommend

I adore ! The coaches are very respectful of your strengths and weaknesses they do not hesitate to push you or simply modify so that you feel comfortable among the group, there is no competition just mutual aid that you are beginner, a fitness, you will quickly become part of the family.

Incredible atmosphere, a beautiful gang! Classes are accessible to anyone and the coaches are great

Fair Rates, nice gang, Not bad all the equipment to do the crossfit exercises 24h open gym access if you want to train on your side!!
