Was going to buy a used Bentley. Contacted Christopher at the dealership. I had a short time to get the car delivered to our home outside the state of California. I asked a number of times and wasn’t given any specifics but was assured I would receive my vehicle within the very tight time schedule. After signing papers, making the payment I was informed it would take two weeks. I cancelled the purchase. The manager called, got the shipment expedited and received when needed. The car came in but no manual for the 2022 continental speed. I have contacted the dealership to no avail. They do have owners manual’s on line for a hefty price. Very disappointed with my experience.

Family purchased a Contential GTC from them for a premium. I took a quick look at this “Bentley Certified” car. Here’s an honest review of the vehicle and their recon process. PDR that’s not even wholesale quality. All 4 wheels reconned, the dead give away was the painters tape left around the valve stem with spray paint on them and some terribly done JB weld filler. All 4 tires had visible dry rot this was noticed upon delivery Car has the typical Bentley shake which is really noticeable by the 4 bent wheels the car has that were easily discovered upon putting them on a road force machine. Various overspray on the underside of the front bumper told no paintwork. All of these things are pretty normal on your standard rock lot used car or your typical Honda etc that’s run through a quick recon to make the car front line ready. Personally, I think Bentley should do better esp for a car that was purchased and shipped to a different state. My family never wanted to raise issues to keep the peace, however as a car enthusiast and someone who can spot clear paint work etc, it’s something the public and future buyers should be aware of purchasing a “Bentley Certified” Car.
Simply a great experience buying a car at Bentley Beverly hills- Relaxed atmosphere at the dealership. Dean is cool, easy to work with, as well as the rest of the team. Like being with friends from the get go. Worth making the trip from OC or from anywhere else .
Good selection of Bentley’s and exotics. Had seen a Ferrari they had in stock on their lot so decided to stop in . I currently own a Ferrari 488 Spyder and am contemplating trading it in. Discussed options staff was professional and informative.
WORST DEALERSHIP !!! Worst dealership I have ever been to and customer service I have ever had in my life was from these guys as a car lover I buy 2-3 cars every year this time I bought a Bentley flying Spur from them as soon as the car was delivered to me I noticed there was an issue with the music system I have been calling them from over 2 months now no response plus they talk rudely when you call them to solve the issue I don't know why companies like Bentley don't step in an see what they are doing to there brand value.
