this place was absolutely horrible! one of the assistants touched the door knob and then touched a patients mouth to then touch another patients mouth and she wore the same gloves. She was also really rude and served wrong information. She also never allowed me to talk and would talk over me constantly. I called for a clean up because it was an emergency and they put me down for an emergency appointment yet they did nothing at all but waste time. The denist is a whole different story he was so rude and began to poke a whole other tooth than i told him and now both of my teeth hurt. it was all a waste of time because they didn’t do anything whatsoever. DONT GO HERE!!!!! ITS A WASTE OF TIME, THEY DONT DO ANYTHING AT ALL, AND THEYRE PLAIN OUT RUDE!!!

i went here as a teenager, was bullied and ridiculed by that gangly freak they have as a dentist. Listen to all the Other reviews this dentist is a rude sob and needs to be out of practice

I've desperately needed a cleaning for a few years, but have been nervous to go in because I generally have had poor experiences with the dentist. This dentist, unfortunately, was not for me. Dr. Ilan spent no more than 10 minutes cleaning my bottom four teeth, and most of that time was spent complaining about my permanent retainers. Even with those teeth he cleaned, he didn't finish; I still have buildup in some parts. I went with him because I do not have dental insurance and his rates were reasonable. But now I'm out $121 and don't have clean teeth. I'm so disappointed and I'm not sure where else to go.

My experience at this dentist was terrible. When I got there the receptionist was very welcoming HOWEVER the Dr. was rude and insensitive to my needs. He seemed annoyed when I explained what was going on. Then when I asked him how much implants would cost, he would never give me a price just saying it costs thousands of dollars almost to say, “you can’t afford it”! Needless to say 8 months later I got implants somewhere else and I COULD afford it, but wouldn’t give him a cent of my money! He is so unprofessional DON’T GO TO HIM!

BAIT & SWITCH!!!! I'm not one to write reviews, but this place and the experience irks me to pieces. Be warned, this place is terrible. Run down, old, awful. The biggest complaint however is the big bait & switch. I was compelled by the website, and the heartfelt family goals, the education of the dentist. Except, he doesn't work there, doesn't practice there, just owns the practice, and sometimes comes in to do 'the big procedures'. That because no one else is qualified! Good luck with that! What you get is an aging dentist, pulled from retirement, who spent more effort trying to pull fillings out, to find new business in my teeth, verses the cleaning, which was terrible and two minutes long.. I complained. They said I could go back to the old guy. No thanks. DO NOT RECOMMEND. 0 stars.

Dentist and staff are really friendly. Office is small but very clean and I was seen on time. I needed to have two crowns done and the doctor was able to do them right then without my having to wait or get scheduled for another visit. I would highly recommend them. I have had a crown done in the past and the visit took hours.I sensed that Dr. Ilan had a lot of experience and confidence, as he seemed to work quickly and efficiently and the whole thing was done in about an hour. Dr. Ilan kept asking me if I was comfortable during the appointment, and the truth was, I had no pain whatsoever!

This Dentist is the most rude person I have ever met and extremely unprofessional. He did not greet me, barely spoke to me while I was there,did not ask about my past history, I have sensitivity and he was very aggressive. He was mostly on his phone, did a half fast cleaning, had a random conversation with his helper while doing my cleaning and then stormed off. It is apparent Dr. Ilan does not have people skills nor manor and if I had a cavity I would not trust fill it. His staff is amazing.

Terrible, he’s too rough. When my father spoke to him about him being rough, the dentist didn’t seem to take it professionally at all as he responded with immaturity. The dentist didn’t even say a word to me after my father spoke to him, which is rude because a professional is ALWAYS supposed to greet their patients regardless. I also left with a cut on my lip that was bleeding. The other dentist kept wiping my lip during my procedure which I didn’t know why, then when I left I saw the cut in the mirror. They couldn’t even at least tell me they accidentally cut me? Overall, I wouldn’t recommend AT all.

Dentist is kind of a psychopath. It was my first time at the office and Dr. Ilis barely made eye contact when he met me. He cleaned my teeth and in the areas that were sensitive, I moved back into my chair, and he proceeded to push forward, down into my teeth. I made loud sounds and pushed myself back into the chair again, and again, he pressed his sharp cleaner hard into the sensitive spot in my teeth. After he was done, he left the room and the dental assistant said, "the doctor says you look fine". No good bye - of my decades of seeing different dentists, this one was definitively the worst.

Horrible hospitality once seen by the Dr. Joshua Ilan, I certainly had the worst experience ever with any Doctor. He refused to further inspect my root canal for not being an “emergency.” It is a shame that this is the man the that is claimed to “offer beautiful smiles,” would not treat me with one because he believe the pain was not urgent. How could a Doctor refuse to place himself in the patient’s position, pain is different for everyone. I can say confidently that if not for Dr. Joshua Ilan my experience would have been different. Such shame this is a man that is supposed to help his community but refused me. Such a terrible experience, for anyone to go through.
