And then I found Complete Electric....after a nightmare with one electrician, I thought I found a great electrician in another company except they wouldn't return my phone calls. I asked a good friend of mine and she suggested Complete Electric. They took my call, came out right away, and did a fabulous job working on the electric in my house. If you want to love your electrician, try Complete Electric. They come when they say they will. Their electricians are highly qualified. And they even have emergency after hours service. Monday through Friday they have a receptionist who schedules your job. Oh, and I'm not an employee. I had a nightmare electrician who switched me from a fuse panel to a breaker box, then proceeded around my beautiful "new to me" home to mix up the colors on my electrical outlets. His final act was to remove my attic fan switch that had been working oerfectly, just to leave a hole in the wall. If you want to try someone else, take your chances. Complete Electric provides a great service, at a reasonable price.

I had them come out to fix two problems I had. He was out here for about 33 minutes. Did not fix one thing. Actually told me to call another company because everything looked fine. Still have to pay the full hour of service for him doing absolutely nothing which is $58.80. I ended up calling the other company and they came out and worked their butt off on the same thing, complete electrical said was fine, because all the wires were completely ripped out of the box. He hadn't looked deep enough. So I ended up paying two bills. I do not recommend this company because most likely you are going to have to pay them for nothing and yet call another company to fix the problem. I tried to call to get a discounted bill because he recommended another company and didn't do anything. She said regardless of them fixing anything they have to pay their electricians and we have to pay them for coming out. So I guess they can just go to the house calls, do absolutely no work, and still get paid. DO NOT RECOMMEND COMPLETE ELECTRICAL SOLUTIONS!!!!

Bait & switch pricing. Unfortunately this company did our job after quoting a much lower price—the bill we received in the mail was over $400 higher than our original work quote. The electrician doing the work didn’t say anything about the price being higher during the job, and when I called afterwards to ask, they said it ended up being more work— However, the price quote and the final bill had the same amount of work at different prices.

They have done a few jobs for us in the past few weeks and did great-very satisfied. However, things changed yesterday. We had an appointment scheduled to install several lights and fans. Mid afternoon, before the job was finished, the worker was called away on an emergency. That's fine, no problem. I expected them to come back and finish the job the next morning. However, no one showed up and no one called. By 11:00 my wife had to call them. Apparently we were put at the bottom of the schedule list and now they won't come back until the end of the week. I came home to find my wife in tears after talking to their customer service rep. So if you hire them, hopefully they get the job finished before they get called off on an emergency, otherwise you are left with a half finished job and go to the bottom of the schedule list like you were a new customer calling in. Most of the positive reviews here are from employees, not from customers.
