Complete Fitness & Training is an overall fitness center ranging from free weights, group exercise classes, personal training, small group training, and racquetball. We have an 800 sq. ft area that is turfed with a 15 ft. TRX “S” frame in it. Also, in our training room are kettle bells, foam rollers, and numerous functional training equipment. We also provide a racquetball court that can be reserved by members. Our free weight area ranges from dumbbells 5 lbs, up to 120 lbs. and those along with our weight plates are brand new, coated urethane, so they won’t chip or rust. We have child care on site; keeping your children entertained while you work out. We have a growing group exercise schedule, which is inclusive with your membership. We have a separate spinning room that includes 16 spin bikes. Our country club locker rooms are brand new with a sauna for the men’s locker room and a steam room in the women’s.
We also have an internet cafe and a wireless network available to all of our members!
