Passport provider through the Area Agency on Aging for Area 9, 10A, 10B, and 11 as well as the Ohio Home Care Program. Skilled services including Skilled Nursing, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy and Home Health Aides through Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance.
