I love this store in my town. They usually have exactly what I need or want. The major reason I shop here is the Amazing Staff. Everyone that is employed at this store has always gone over and above to assist me. They are all so very knowledgeable and kind. You really feel like a person who isn’t “bothering them”. They have never been on their cell phones, flirting with others, no eye contact, etc….If you go, you will see for yourself. I highly recommend this store. Most Sincerely, Lyadonna Howard

Me and my husband have been coming to the store since it opened. They have always been helpful up until today. My husband called about returning an item he had a reciept for no package. He made it clear more than once on the phone he only had reciept no package. The girl on the phone gauarenteed him ro bring it up there they qould work with it. We drive 30 miles out out of thwway to be told by a man they could not return it qithout packaging. Next time sir please tell your qorkwrs NOT to gauarantee anything

4 o’clock Saturday afternoon I called to ask if they carried pressure canners. The girl finally answered the phone after me saying hello for five times before she spoke. I asked if they carry pressure canners she was clueless I said, could you please go check with somebody that might have a clue she put me on hold I have for 15 minutes then got tired of that hung up. Tried to call back but because she still has me on hold their phone doesn’t ring. All I can say is bless her little heart because she is clueless. Want a pressure canner is an couldn’t hardly Answer the phone

Complete Home Center is great, small town feel with the best customer service I have ever seen from the moment you walk in the door to helping you load your vehicle. I always come here over Lowes or Home Depot.

This is a great local hardware store that provides customer service the large chain stores can’t offer. They have essentially everything you could need for any home project.

When you walk into this store you are greeted by someone who will happily escort you to whatever product you are looking for. The aisles are clean, the shelves are stocked, and the customer service is top notch. I try to support this store before I will any retail chain. Most of the prices are comparable. But even if they are just a little higher I would still rather give them the business, because they deserve it. Great store.

Excellent shopping experience. They had just what I needed and competent friendly assistance was available for questions during my shopping trip. Price was competitive with the "big box" stores. Will definitely use their services again. Highly recommend.
