Complete PC Specialist

Ran into a corruption issue with my PC after trying to enable XMP and updating my BIOS aorus x570s master motherboard, 32gb Corsair vengeance 3600 mhz ram. Windows couldn't stay open more than 5 minutes without crashing, giving me the blue screen with the sad face. Without knowing the corruption pretty much from my ram, I decided it was best to freshly uninstall and reinstall windows. With all the crashing that was happening while it was resetting itself, I finally got to the screen where windows can be reinstalled. Upon picking a partition to install windows 11 Pro on, it gave me error codes making it impossible to even install windows. With that being said, I decided I need some professional help. Words can't describe how thankful I am for finding Gilbert and his team. Extremely professional, extremely safe, extremely thorough, extremely fast. "If they can't fix it, no one can" is what they said, and I believe them. They fixed the corruption, and did some extra tuning, even stressed tested my rig before telling me it's good to go. My PC is running better than it ever has been

I tried to build a gaming computer for the first time and couldn’t figure out why it wouldn’t connect to a monitor when I was testing it so I brought it in. They were very kind from the start & easy to work with, they explained that the issue could probably be because the bios weren’t updated & were able to fix it very quickly and efficiently! They even added windows to my computer. I would definitely trust this shop and go back should i ever need help with anything else!

I use to have concerns when choosing a computer repair place prior to using this company. To this day, I have had repairs, updates and purchased a used computer. Even some accessories. I would like to say, I have never had a regret. Gilbert has always been professional in every manner and trust worthy. I have a Real Estate Company which includes a Property Management Division. I can say I have never been compromised by them nor felt sided in anyway. Therefore, choosing a reputable and secure computer company is crucial for me and integrity is even more important. I got my laptop sent in for repair after researching what the nearest, best computer repair shop was. I was blown away! Customer service was astounding, and even when I was handed my laptop back and still had some problems, they were willing to help! It was definitely cheaper to go here than if I went to Geek Squad for help. Heck, they even gave me the old keyboard that broke. What's cooler is that this new keyboard works like it's brand new! I definitely recommend them for any problems you have, it's clear they love what they do. The fact that they were willing to cut back on the price to help me out was already kind enough. These guys are the best at what they do! I've been to others but these guys break it down for you in English. And they back it up by actually doing it. Took my wife's laptop to get updated and they did a Great job of course. I've had my Laptop since 2014 it has been upgraded wonderfully! I had a noise that went through my DJ system and Gilbert guided me in plain English how to adjust the timing on the fan. Thanks for your patience guys thanks for all you do I will be returning to get my system cleaned to help it work even better, Don't go anywhere else!

This is my customized NAS. I ran into trouble when my computer died and was unable to complete my project. I took it to BB for help but it was near impossible. I had to wait for the main tech and it wasn't guaranteed that they would be able to work on it - at all. Well... Thanks to Computer PC Specialists in MoVal I have a working computer/NAS!!! The wait was worth it, Gilbert from CPCS was wonderful, knowledgeable, professional and patient. He explained to me my options and no matter what I chose he was going to make sure I had a working NAS. I sure do recommend Gilbert at CPCS to anyone that needs help with any computer troubleshooting/fix assistance . Price wise, he's reasonable - for the amount of time and expertise that he gave my case...yes, the right price. If you have an xbox series x: just use the microsoft warranty. Even if microsoft charges you money free - $300, guaranteed fix, it will be cheaper than going to a 3rd party company $400, not guaranteed.

All I can say is I wish I found them years ago! Honesty, fair pricing, extremely knowledgable, fast service. Great communication. I have found my computer guy!! thanks Gilbert!
