What I do:
I am a wellness coach, inside and out.
Through opportunities I have been given, I have always wanted to help others. Keeping well, and sharing what I have learned, is my way of helping people who want to be healthy. Through my education in the field of nutrition and fitness, which is never-ending, now I can pay it forward. As a Nutritional Therapist Practitioner, certified through NTA, I have gathered tools that allow me to fulfill my passion.
How it works:
First, we find out if I can help you or not. We set up a consultation and I learn more about you and your concerns.
If we are a good match, I give you some homework. Through a series of documents given to you, and evaluating your responses, I begin to learn more about your needs, concerns, and where your body needs support. I compile this evidence, and act as your personal investigator.
After that, we have a hands-on clinical evaluation where I use palpations and test where your deficiencies lay. Then, I test specific nutrients on your body. If it is a nutrient you need, you respond well, if you don't, then it simply isn't a nutrient you need!
With all this data, I give you my recommendations; which may include dietary, lifestyle, and supplemental aide. Your personal plan is just that, individual to fit your needs.
Last, is your plan of action, and the rest is up to you to implement your goals.
Don’t worry! I will always be a support system for my clients, but since I can’t be with you 24-7 (I don't think you would like that anyways), I provide resources to help you.
All I can be is your coach, your supporter, and a reference to a better life, the rest is up to you!
