Complete Self Storage

This is a nice facility with great folks on site who keep an eye on things. The area is clean and secure. The price is reasonable . What more can you ask for, when storing your items in a storage unit?

This is a great place to store your things. The gentleman running the grounds lives there on site and is present for the mass majority of the hours if the day. He and his wife are both polite and respectful. They even sometimes invite their tenants in for a meal.

As the owner of this business,I was concerned when I read the poor review on my business.I talked with my manager,Tex, and asked if we had any complaints about mice damaging items at our facility in the past 2 months.Tex informed me that he could not even remember the last time anyone complained about mice and the few times people mentioned mice it was because they found dead mice in their unit. This makes sense because each time someone rents a unit from us,we put mice bait in their unit to avoid such problems. To my knowledge,we are the only facility in Corsicana that does this. All storage units in Texas have mice,few do anything to control them. This is why the few times people have mentioned mice they were dead. As to weeds growing high around our buildings,this is completely false and anyone at anytime who drives by our place knows this.I also checked the reviews of two of my competitors and found one had a bad review placed on their business the same time this was placed on mine. They were so unhappy they said they were moving they items to the place by Walmart,Amy's attic. It is unfortunate that someone can make a false review like this.Some businesses obviously write reviews for their own company that are self serving,we do not do this.WE are proud of the fact that we have many repeat customers and customers that refer their friends and family to us. Please do not hesitate to call us for your storage needs. You will find excellent customer service is provided at the most secure storage facility in Corsicana. We have NEVER been broken into because we have the only facility in town with a manager that lives on our property.
