I normally don’t write reviews but when you receive A+ service every time it is a must to do. Any and all my health concerns have always been dealt with accordingly and swiftly. Dr Gambino and his staff are excellent, patient and beyond professional. I have been a patient of his for the past 3 years and I also refer family and friends to him. Thank you Dr G for all your hard work! You are truly appreciated.
My husband and I see Dan Miller, he is the absolute best! He takes the time to explain issues, addresses every one of your concerns and does not rush the visit. The office staff is extremely friendly and always there to help. I highly recommend this practice.
The office refused care because they didn’t verify if an auth was needed and now billing someone for the services. They let my son wait and hour and then told him they wouldn’t see him even knowing he needed medication. I guess medical care doesn’t matter. Their billing team is horrendous. I had to tell them about their errors before and the owed me money. Now you’ve lost 6 patients and I will continue to take all the people I recommend. Do yourself a favor and don’t go here. Find a doctor and office that cares
I’ll never go back now that Sarah is gone! I stayed through 3 yrs of goat rodeo because Sarah Hartford is the best medical professional I have ever encountered. No notification that she’s gone other than over hearing negative comments from staff. I could write a book on unprofessionalism. New nurse is I’m sure competent but did not have time to even read my file and was zero help. I hope I can’t find Sarah down the road. Don’t go there!!!
Been a patient with Doctor Gambino since 2014 , the care that his staff gives is unbelievable amazing. If you need anything you call Dr.Gambino’s office. I have switched all my family over to his practice. I hold a couple of his business cards on me at all times just so I can hand them out to everyone. Love Dr.G & his staff
I had an appointment with Kelsey Carter, APRN for Botox assessment and treatment. She was so helpful and gentle and took the time to “listen” to me. These days, you do not find that in medical centers. Your rushed in and out. Here, your greeted by Happy Staff and, receive high quality medical treatment by knowledgeable, caring medical professionals. Thank you Kelsey ! I will be back to see you!
I will not step back in this office ever again. Place is a complete cluster!!! 2 weeks ago I went in because my new job offers insurance, so I took it after not having insurance for almost 16 year's. Went to have have labs done, I didn't see Sarah like I was supposed too, the other lady I seen couldn't even get my name into her system to pull me up so she jotted everything on paper, but wait there's more. I go in today for my follow-up, and I shouldn't of even waisted my time. Had a 3:45 appointment, by 4:45 I still hadn't be taken back. I hear the girl in the back ask if they should put me in a room, other girl says no because 2 others are in room and a telly call, THEN me. I asked to reschedule, the girl wants to take my BP, the girl looking into my chart who also took my labs, and also seem to be the only one with a brain, and is absolutely awesome, says what for, there is nothing in his chart, but wait I'm not done yet, apparently I was supposed to fast for my labs, and I had no clue, no one called and told me, so as I'm in my jeep getting ready to pull out, the lab girl runs out and tells me I need to redo my labs, because I didn't fast!!! And yet I'm expected to pay for service like this!
The staff at Comprehensive Family Health is dedicated, thoughtful, and patient. They go above and beyond and work tirelessly towards a healthy outcome. Having great Primary Care is very important to me and I feel so blessed to have just that.
I love Dr. Gambino & Crew. Sure, they have the same problems as all doctors. We are overpopulated with people that go to doctors. It's just the way it is. I hate waiting past my appt time like anyone else, instead of blaming the office then blame the people taking up their time with nonsense. Every time I was seen after my appt time Dr Gambino personally apologizes to me. I book my appts with this possibility in mind so I don't hit problems but the acknowledgement is appreciated. I have been to offices where my appt was at 845am and didnt get seen until 430pm. THAT was ridiculous. Waiting an hour? Thats not even mildly inconvenient. If you would rather live where one mistake could cost you everything, possibly including your life, then swap me. Until then ill just say that im so tired of people whining over the small things.
Wow! This practice is completely unprofessional. I had a individual call me from a New York area code. I didn’t answer because wasn’t an area code familiar with Florida. Gentleman asked me to schedule an appointment for an ultrasound on the behalf of the practice comprehensive yet he didn’t have the schedule in front of him he said he would have the ladies call me back in the office to confirm my schedule. Why in the world would you call me if you can’t schedule me right there and then. On another occasion I was in the ER and had an appointment with the Dr Gambino to follow up about my ER visit. Which he at the time was notified through his secretary that took the message. Had a appointment through virtual. I find it very offensive and unprofessional for a doctor to not read the results before jumping on a virtual call with me and already jumping to assumptions. As I asked Dr Gambino to go over my results so there can be a better determination on what is going to happen. Before all this begins. They also let go of my nurse practitioner sarah which goes above and beyond for her patience and actually cares and show professionalism. This practice is known to be doomed. Then I know they fired her because nowhere does somebody just get up and leave there’s a two week notice to the patience. The way the practice works it’s so inconsiderate to the patients and saying that it’s unprofessional it’s putting it nicely. When I practice cannot be consistent with employees…. run for the hills. It’s a circus
