Wonderful experience with Comprehensive Women’s Care of Paramus! Dr.Wiener is incredible! Extremely knowledgeable, caring, professional and has a great bedside manner. His whole team is phenomenal! All the nurses and support staff are very nice and helpful in every way. I recently had my first baby and the entire experience was amazing; the office visits throughout my pregnancy and delivery at Pascack Valley were stress free and memorable for me and my husband. As a first time mom, I felt truly blessed to have been surrounded by the most amazing care team! Thank you to all of them!
First, Dr. Weiner is an incredible doctor. I am recovering from a C section and an attempt at a natural birth before the decision was made to move on the c section. He listened to me and considered my preferences and remained professional and in control in the most respectful way. Having him as a doctor was more of a team mate in such a big decision like moving to a c section and just in general with every call throughout pregnancy. His music during the c-section was comforting and perfectly curated by Dr. W and he was reassuring and comforting through out the operation. I have never seen a doctor love his job more than him and I am so happy to have had such a positive medical experience. Edita and Danielle are also amazing and very attentive. They take the time to answer your questions and concerns. They are professional and knowledgeable and are an asset to have assist Dr. W. Joyce the nurse is beyond amazing. Take her birthing class! It is the most informative class you will take in preparation for birth. Joyce is attentive and genuinely cares for every question you have. She followed up with me when I encountered blood pressure issues and all through my birth experience and after. Don’t be afraid to ask her a question because she definitely has the answer and if she doesn’t, she will work hard to get it for you! Jamie at the front desk is always so cheerful and is prompt with schedule changes and making appointments. Jake, Athena, and really all the staff members really made someone who hates doctors appointments feel welcomed, supported, and comfortable. By the end of my pregnancy I was going in weekly sometimes more and their demeanor never changed. Always polite and informed of what was going on with my medical condition and willing to help support. The in house ultrasound Total Sono and their staff are incredible as well. Easy to schedule and coordinate appointments and provided clear guidance as to what was going on during the ultrasound to provide reassurance. I am lucky to have found this office and staff because I had a lot of fear around being pregnant and complications. Those fears were eased by this office and because of everyone there I now have a happy 3 day old baby boy.
I visited the 2 sears Drive office in Paramus for the first time after Insurance recommendation and online reviews, and I was not disappointed. The checking in process was ok, a little bit of wait time but once Athena called me, I felt so welcome. Her ever smiling face and sweet personality made me feel appreciated. Daniella APN is incredible, professional, knowledgeable , a good listener and very patient. She took me through the whole process and always asked me if I had any questions. This to me meant that she was very keen on making sure that I understood everything. I didn't get to meet Dr. Craig Weiner but I'm sure, going by what this team is, he is also amazing. I would highly recommend this place.
I’ve been going to Dr Weiner for over 10 years he delivered both of my children and he is the best. There is no one like him. Not to forget to mention his staff! Jamie and Joyce are amazing.. the nursing staff excellent. There isn’t a negative thing I can say!
Dr. Weiner and his team are an excellent medical staff. Dr. Weiner was informative about all my medical issues, his staff is the best support team that a patient can have to handle gynecological issues. They are also extremely understanding and lend great emotional support as well as expert medical knowledge. I trust them highly with any issue that arises within my body . I highly recommend that team of dedicated professionals! Thanks to all of them!!
Comprehensive Women’s Care is the best! Everyone who works there is SO pleasant and polite, and the office is very well run. Emily the office manager is phenomenal. The equipment they use for ultrasounds etc is state of the art. Dr Wiener is a kind and compassionate provider and a skilled surgeon. I highly recommend this practice!
Dr. Weiner and his amazing team made me feel so cared for during and after my pregnancy. My husband and I had a TON of questions at every visit and the Dr and Joyce especially made sure they were all answered. The whole team, from Jamie at the front desk to all of the nurses and support staff, are so professional and have a great bedside manner. You are definitely not just a number here. My husband and I opted to take Joyce's labor and delivery class - it was well worth the price and helped us feel more prepared. Delivering at Pascack Valley was also a great experience. Small delivery department with lots of staff was great for getting personal care. The lactation consultant there was great and the nurses were happy to demonstrate swaddling, changing and washing of the baby. Also, great sweet potato fries from the hospital kitchen!!
Dr. Wiener is truly the best there is. I couldn’t be happier with his care and expertise. The rest of the team is also so wonderful. Everyone at CWC is so kind and helpful. I have been a patient here for almost 10 years and just had my first baby delivered by Dr. Wiener. Highly recommend Dr. Wiener and his team to anyone who is looking for outstanding care.
I tried to book an appointment and the receptionist is rude. She was insisting on patients having to see the nurse practitioner instead of the dr. due to the demands of the office, especially if you are expecting. The first available appointment is 3 months from now which I was willing to overlook but she couldn't tell me for sure if they took my insurance. She wanted me to do the leg work and call my insurance company. She also wanted to know the reason why I was going to see the Dr. I told her it would be my first time and she proceeded to tell my that if If I was not due for my Wellness visit the charges would be on me even though I had said that I would check with my current OBGYN. Dr. Weiner came highly recommended but it's almost impossible to get an appointment when you have a rude, not helpful or welcoming receptionist. I decided to cancel the appointment since I had a terrible first impression.
While Dr. Weiner is wonderful and always has been, he wasn't available for my appointment today; I've been remiss and missed my annual and wanted to get in as soon as possible. The receptionist Jamie? I made the appointment with and who also greeted me today was kind and cheerful, swiftly getting me registered. I then met with Athena for my vitals, who was a little drop of sunshine, and on to the dynamic duo of Danielle, NP and Danielle, intern ? who were kind, thorough, and intent on actually listening to me instead of hurrying me out as so many practices do these days. For what is always THE WORST appointment for us gals was made far easier by these wonderful and caring women. Customer Service at it's very finest!!
