In a few hours Mj was able to get my PC from not showing the video to figuring out exactly what was wrong in just a few hours. While I'm not a pro, I understand tech. And he gave me a quick breakdown of what went wrong so I'm ready for it happening ever again! I really can't tell you how easy it was to fix a problem I had for weeks

Replaced a fan in my laptop in a timely fashion and at a reasonable price. Would recommend to any one in need of computer repair. 5 out of 5 across the board.

He is the BEST on my all of my service experiences. He repaired my broken screen last year. Still the screen looks awesome. I had been doing the computer repair in 3 different states on various times, none of them were good. BamJac is the best ever. Very genuine and honest service.

They are very very helpful with the repair of my surface pro. Little did I know I fried the hardboard of my computer during last thunder storm. Please make sure you have a power supply that not plugged into the wall, but using a circuit protector.

My all-in-one Dell isn't very old...it's a very nice computer and in great condition. It stopped working one day and no matter what I did, I got the blue screen of death. Asked for recommendations and was told to see MJ. Unfortunately, it was a failed hard drive and a bad battery pack, but MJ got me fixed. It took a little longer than expected, but that's because he wasn't able to easily recover all my photos/documents. The process took a while due to the amount of items the scan had to go through..but happy to say that I have my computer back and EVERYTHING was recovered. What a LIFE SAVER!!! MJ is honest, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. I highly recommend him to anyone that needs computer repair!

This is a good business that was recommend to me by a few friends, so i gave it a try. The people at bamjac really know how to work with a costumer. They were very patient and made sure all of my questions were answered. Plus, they work quick. Over the weekend they called and said it was ready for pick up. I haven't had a problem with my laptop since. To me this is a great example of a quality local business.

Super honest and actually cares about his customers. Will give his honest opinion about your computer and doesn't overcharge. Would recommend to anyone in the Bloomington area.
